What is tje warranty if bought directly from Amazon? Alexa says 2 years, Dune's website says its 1 year ONLY if purchased from their website.

Good afternoon ! Thank you for your question . The warranty on the device is 2 years from the date of purchase through amazon.

Thank u Jason, but it is expected to upgrade and support DTS HD MASTER format in their upcoming updates only right. later only and will not support n

It's a great streaming device and for me better than the shield....

Does this unit come with the newer remote ( updated from Dune in May that added numbers to remote)?

Good afternoon! Thank you for your question. Yes, the device comes with a "big" remote control.

Will this read up to 16 TB or above external hard drive?

Good afternoon! Thank you for your question. It reads up to 15 TB for sure. We have not tested external hard disks over 15 TB. But we think that everything will work.
