First make sure your porch windows are made from genuine Imar Strataglass. If not, this product will not work well or at all. At 200 sqft. and 12 years old I would buy at least two bottles. To do both inside and outside buy four. You may want to use the Imar polish, also. Never use anything but Strataglass products on your Imar windows. Follow the directions exactly. No soap and water or any other cleaners can be used.
