Tried this brand after James Smith video where he debunked a lot of scams and fakes in creatine brands. I've used this for two separate periods now, as I stopped taking creatine for a few months. Both times I've gotten started on this creatine, within about three weeks I notice my muscles are certainly saturated and look fuller and feel firmer. The strength gains are obvious. This is exactly how creatine should work, and this is 100% the real deal. Do your research as there are a lot of diluted products out there, often from some of the biggest supplement companies that claim to be third party tested. Will certainly be buying this again.

After watch a couple of James Smith's YTs on creatine I watched a few others ppl & did some research & decided to give this a try. I started on the usual 5g/day and noticed a cognitive & energy boost from day-1. I have dark drinking chocolate for breakfast (french style) & put it in that, along with 10g of collagen - both are mix well & are unnoticable. To begin with I think I notice a slight taste, no smell, but not now. In chocolate, I don't notice any grittiness ppl often complain about. After a month of taking it I can def see muscle development on my forearms, even without restarting lifting - I stopped due to injury, but now feel I could def start again. And a 2 yr old skiing injury on my knee has also healed to the point of being almost gone - I can now do stairs 2 at a time for the first time since taking the injury. I'm now trying creatine 10g/day and def notice the same benefits increase. I've always been a "night owl" and found mornings & getting up a real struggle - that is now pretty much gone, for the first time in my life. I feel like these two supplements have taken at least 10 yrs off my age. My hands are noticeably smoother & fuller & the liver spotting has gone. I'm way more alert & muscles don't complain like they used to, say if I sit on the floor - none of that old man groan when getting up Some of the skin benefits are def related to the collagen, but the combination (with this) seems to takes yrs off. I also take a D3+K2 and a multivitamin - these are all pretty well researched and widely recommended supplements, even tho it might sound a lot. James seems a credible source & tested this brand's gummies, which came out spot on - many had zero creatine, hence I went for this brand. In the 900g tubs this brand seems as cheap as any.

Good value tub of high quality creatine, nice and fluffy white powder perfect to keep in my gym bag. Only take the basic dose which is 5 grams for this product, this will last me many months (pre workout only) for my two weekly gym sessions. Tiny bit more expensive than the product I had been using but seems to me a far higher quality. Prefer the fact its unflavoured as mixing several flavoured supplements can lead to an unpleasant taste, dissolves well (no undissolved lumps of powder) and while early days seems more effective than my previous product. Recommended item.

Been using for the past 12 days and I've definitely noticed a small amount of gain and energy while using this. Used a few other brands before and works just as well. Mix mine daily into the weight gain protein shake. Muscle recovery has felt relatively good and I would recommend this product for the price. It mixes very easily so no worry of lumps.

This product ticks a lot of boxes. Looks a quality product, with a powdery texture. It's unflavoured, a big plus, so can be added to any fluid & mixes well without any clumping. The dosage, at 5g is a good maintenance one, without going into body-building range. It's a good product in my opinion, costing mere pennies per serving.

At £10 for 300g, this is decent. No taste so can be added to anything. This appears to be a nice quality Creatine Powder. My son uses this on a daily basis and mixes 5g with his protein shake. It mixes in really well and doesn't leave any lumps of powder. It is unflavoured and doesn't have any noticeable taste when added to shakes. Seems like a really good product and reasonably priced.
