GCH One Metre x 450mm Wide roll of Green Sticky Back SELF Adhesive Felt/Baize,SUPPLIED IN A TUBE, NOT FOLDED

Bought this to cover a board I wanted to use for jigsaws. Using a large ruler the material rolled out quite well and sticks very well. Unfortunately it is 1cm narrower than a standard 1000 piece puzzle but I suppose that is my fault for not checking. The other problem which is becoming apparent is that it is becoming a bit ‘furry’ and producing static which is not helpful. Before I bought it I looked at a company that produces baize which warned against buying cheap felt as a substitute. I now wish I had given it more attention.

Wanted this item for the inside of a box to house chess pieces. Came on time and well packed, but that is the very last good comment. The baise layer is so thin and tends to shed when cut, even with sharp scissors. Pealing away the backing paper [ which is twice as thick as the baise ] the glue is so soft and tacky to the touch. When you try to stick it to any surface it is instant and no room for any final adjustments, like other similar products I have used. I would advise anyone looking to purchase this product to think twice. It is an abosolute waste of money. AMAZON, I would remove this product from your normally brilliant product list.

i used this to line a rather nice wooden box in which I keep a variety of bits and pieces. It was thin and flimsy and doesn't give a good lining for the box which deserved better

Couldn't use as it folded over and stuck to itself and couldn't unstick it. Wanted it to cover card table where felt was wearing. Also it wasn't big enough.

It felt like a long wait for this = But it was worth it.

Great for ares where you can peel the backing off as you go, if not it sticks to everything including its self. Would buy again.

this product is not baize it is thin felt, you may advertise it as baize but you will not find it on any snooker table .I use it for the base of the wooden bowls that I make. It can only be cut by scissors but even then it pulls out.

Although I repeated an order for this item, the item I received was not the same at all.Also some lines on the adhesive side had no adhesive.
