I was actually impressed by the sturdiness of this. We are doing a fence and have to dig down pretty far. So far it's holding up very nicely. Be careful though, when you hit rock, it will fling your wrist like a ragdoll. I brace the drill between my knees, you'll get bruises on your knees, but better than a broken wrist.

The auger 3 bit set is ideal for planting and for boring holes to mount stakes, poles, etc. Easy to use with a handheld drill.

Works but need to be thicker if you heat a root they bend

Weirdly, take away half a star because the double open ended wrench in the assembly kit doesn’t fit the nuts in the hardware packet, one end was too small for the nut and the other end was too big.

Can't beat the price. I have used the bigger one of the three, and it save me a lot of backache, digging a hole for a light pole in the yard. The soil here is heavy clay with stones, and it worked better than I expected.

I already had a drill-based auger for planting, but wanted a larger auger to mix/aerate my compost bin. The large auger on here does the job nicely.

Hubby wanted this for planting in his garden. He said it=works great!

Ad says set comes with 3 augers and an extension. I only got one auger and the extension. Will be returning item because of that.
