Gundam HGUC 007 Guntank Scale 1/144

It’s a little absurd that there hasn’t been a new HG Guntank styled like this one since 2000, but this one does the job quite well. It’s a very quick build which can be good or bad depending on how you look at it. The proportions are all there and the posability, while lacking, is about what you need from a Guntank. The treads do not roll though, so if that’s something you were looking for it might be a slight disappointment. Love this little dude though

This kit is very old, however, proportions, details, overall quality are still quite good. Its just a half torso with tank threads so it makes sense. It looks good alongside the newer Revive version of the Guncannon and RX-78-2 (actually, looks better with the new Entry Grade as it looks more Anime).Not a lot of paint required (only the pilot and cockpit details), and maybe some matte top coat.

I've built two of these now, over the years, and really feel like this kit needs a "revive" update.Pros:-Absolutely no paint required, even for an old HG, so it looks decent out of the box-Probably the easiest gunpla kit to build-Doesn't require an action base-Treads are one piece and pliable-Great all around kit for beginnersCons:-Horrible seam lines.-Torso joint leaves some to be desired-Fragile pegs-I often glue down many pieces-The whole main cannons are just two pieces, joined down center, huge seam line, and not really sightly considering it's the main gimmick of the design.-Feel like the cockpit canopy is too clear, making the tedious minute hand painting almost necessary, along with "scuffing" the glass up later.

Amazing Kit! Had a great time putting it together. It was a simple build that only took me roughly an hour to build. I always have trouble with building the legs of Gundam kits, but the Guntank doesn’t have any so I didn’t have any problems. It’s a lot of fun to mess around with and pose. You don’t need to paint anything either. Overall, I highly recommend this kit. It’s unique, easy, and a lot of fun

A simple, solid build with most details you need straight out of the box. First thing's first, this is the Guntank. TANK. It's going to be a brick of plastic sitting on your shelf, and look rather out of place without the others from the 0079 trio. That being said, what few joints this kit does have are solid and aren't too loose or too tight. My only complaint is that I wish the elbows bent into at least a 90 degree angle. The treads don't move, they peg into it underneath. No stickers and not really any accessories, everything this guy has is already mounted straight on him. Overall, a good solid build and worth the money if you're a fan of the original series.

Aside from a minor problem I had with the treads not wanting to fit correctly - this kit is a real treat.A good choice for people wanting something to ease themselves into Gunpla with.

Its a cool display piece and adds to a collection of UC gunpla figures. The arms and cannons are pretty much the only parts that can really move. The two shoulder cannons do make for a cool display piece. It is a pretty basic build, but for the price it is pretty cool to have.

Was great and easy to assemble in less than a hr. Cause I wantd this up and moving around immediately. Lol. Nice but box was beat up by shipping.

This model is overall quite simple mostly composed of a few large pieces that fit together nicely; however it still has some really nice aspects like a translucent cockpit, a soft plastic material for it's treads and highly opposable arms and cannons. It also replicates the look of the mecha in the anime perfectly getting every detail accurate right down to a little pilot molded inside the cockpit.The only issue that most of the model is static leaving only a few pieces opposable although in a way that was also accurate to the anime as this was the least mobile mecha in general.Nonetheless it's still a great model that holds up well today.

The tracks themselves do not move but as far as looks i would say they are great and they are flexible enough to fit around the wheels and clip together like a watch strap.A small side note if you are starting out in the modelling world and it is your first time you will need Gundam markers and paints to get some of the features added (such as lining the panels and gun ridges), sand paper or sanding sticks, side cutters, modelling knife , top coat and thinners, and a Gundam eraser or rubbing alcohol. An example of the lining details can be found with the picture of the tracks side by side (the left unmarked) and the right panel lined. This model is great for beginners and a good price it can be a few hours or a few days build depending on how much attention and detail you give it, overall an enjoyable product.

Fantastic gunpla model kit. Easy and quick to build. No stickers (may or may not be a plus). Only real problem is a lack of posability, not much rotation at the waist and lower section is very much a brick. Other than that good range of motion. Highly recommend if you're a fan of gundam.

Amazing kit, was a blast to build. Arrived early, which is always nice.

Good product, came in the mail with no defects. Came a few days later than the estimated time but can't argue with results.
