Very long, could wrap my whole body with this.Abit awkward to wrap tight as its so big so can take a few minutes to get on.The velcro can scratch on skin a little.Can be awkward to sit down.Dont think i would wear it out.

I could have definitely done with the 4 metre and not the 5 metre waist trainer as it wraps around me 6 times! However, this does mean that I can ensure it wraps me from hip to boob and creates a really nice smooth silhouette and certainly keeps me straight!I like that it serves not only to create a smooth line but assists with my posture and I will get a lot of use out of this. With various strips of the soft side of hook and loop fastening it means it's nicely adjustable and should be suitable for different sizes of people.
