Great value for the money. Prior to taking this supplement I felt sluggish and had fog brain , after taking it for a few days I felt the difference . When I was younger I never felt the difference vitamins was supposed to do , but now that I'm older this the worked. The health benefits for seniors is well worth the money

I can’t make up my mind about this supplementI take the capsule whole and haven’t noticed much weight loss. I bought it for nutritional value. However, the directions say 2 capsules up to 3 times a day. I’m taking one per day and not everyday. Sosomeone taking the full dose may notice what they claim but I do not and it will be my first and last bottle

These taste absolutely horrific. I've been taking them for several days and in that short time have noticed I have way more energy, my skin seems to be glowing, and my normally iffy stomach seems quite settled. I deducted a few stars because the taste is just so so bad. And the type of capsules they are get stuck in my throat every single time.
