I had received a sample of this product in a fitness subscription box and liked it so much I bought the full size bottle. This was very helpful after pulling a muscle in my back. It allowed me to be able to work through some of that pain so that I could get workouts in, and was helpful to soothe it so I could sit at my desk at work without nagging pain. A much better alternative to Icy Hot or BioFreeze.

A friend gave me a free sample of Punch Gunk at my gym and I ended up really liking this stuff. I was told MMA fighters use this stuff, so I thought I would give a shot. I play soccer competitively 3-4 times a week as well as snow board when I can. I wanted to try something different than IcyHot. I needed something that would get deep down into my muscles and that's exactly what this stuff does. I love the burn....It really loosens everything up. This stuff is great!!!

I am training in boxing several times a week and always have sore muscle and sciatic. Punch gunck definitely helps with his heat effect along drinking water and stretching after tough sessions . tiger balm can be smellly and have a greasy texture , punch gunck has none of it .Definitely recommend to get this gunck!

So glad I discovered this stuff. Works so much better than those silly heat patches. My elderly parents love it too.

I love using this in comparison to other muscle anti inflammatory creams. Non greasy and quick relief. I use for shoulder pain and plantar fasciitis

Ankle and knee feel great after use. As well as any other sore parts.

I first tried it to help recover from a leg injury and quickly found it works for all training related aches and pains. A tube stays in my gym bag at all times! Not greasy and doesn’t leave you smelling like a medicine cabinet like other products I’ve used.
