at the momento to play games or Write, you have to press many times it's doesn't work plus when you get a call! people can't hear you well and is not taking my finger print I'm so disappointedI want my money back

Great case but the finger print didn't work and looked like it was smudged or something, which might be the reason the finger print part of the case didn't work and doesn't allow me to unlock my phone with my finger print. Other than that it's a great and reliable case.

The case itself fit well and was pretty easy to put together. It seems like it would do very well protecting the phone from water but I was not able to test it. Upon putting it on, it had trouble recognizing my fingerprint and also would not recognizing my touch when I would try to pull down the main menu screen from the top (the menu to change sound/vibrate, view notifications, etc). It also made the phone really big, bulky, and heavy, which is expected with a waterproof case and would have been easy to get used to had it not been for the other issues. The combination of all of this caused me to return the product.

Works fine and easy to carry/ use but it interferes with access to the phone with the fingerprint reader. To access the phone, I have to use the code.

The case itself is great, very durable it seems, and was easy to snap together. HOWEVER, pay attention to the screen side where your phone goes in, as the sticky circle there is for direct adhesion to your phone screen for thumbprint locking. It comes with a few extras of these in case you need to replace it, but they appeared as camera lens covers at first. It seems like a bit of a pain to try and replace the thumbprint sticky. Once installed, you can only see the outline of the thumbprint circle a little with the phone on. When the screen's dark, it's obvious where it's at so you can place your thumb there. Haven't tried to actually use it yet though, as my husband doesn't normally lock his phone that way. Otherwise it's a solid case; we have not tested water proofness.
