Well, I haven't yet met a coconut milk that's not thick and creamy, so it's not a huge complaint that this one is. It mixes well with anything. Has no flavor (I was kind of hoping for *some* mild coconut flavor). it's too thick to use as the 100% liquid on cereal, so I water it down with soymilk. Bonus about it not having a flavor is that it's good to use with canned cream soups.

Due to high calcium oxalates I can't have milk. With my Doc's okay I tried coconut milk and it was okay but it was really sweet and not low in calories or fat.I asked a question on Amazon and other users responded and they gave me so much info I decided to try it.I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!WOW!!! It's creamier than dairy milk. It's not too sweet like the one I first tried.I open the can, pour it into a jar and then I use it on my morning cereal and even in a cup of coffeel. My sister, who is lactose intolerant, tried it and she loves it too.If you put it in a freezer safe container, you can freeze it, I haven't needed to do that as I use it all up!

Our family LOVES this coconut milk! It is great to buy it in a case that comes right to your door since we do use it a lot. We find this brand to be the best product for the money. It is extremely creamy, even for light. We use it for everything--curries, cakes, cookies, homemade ice-cream, milkshakes, smoothies, cashew cream, sauces, frosting etc. It does separate into the cream and water if you do not shake it up so if you want something to be richer or more coconuty you can add more of the top half of the can, but if you want a more neutral taste you can use the bottom half of the can. We have been using this brand from Amazon for years now and it has never let us down. It is also worth noting that the can is BPA free.

I used to get this product on subscribe and save and loved it in my coffee every morning. It was smooth and poured easy. It felt like a treat! Every 3-4 months I'd get a case that was clumpy and watery and impossible to pour. It was frustrating! Recently I decided to get another case as a treat and the first two are all watery and clumpy. And I can't return them. In my experience if any in the box are watery and clumpy they all are. Very disappointing!

Great way to make curries, soups, stews, and other recipes without unnecessary carbs or fats. Has some protein and a lot of healthy nutrients.I'm very much a functional eater, so this is an important factor to me. As far as taste goes it isn't quite as thick and rich as the non-light version, but isn't that the point? ;)I cook with this all the time and really recommend supporting brands that will produce foods without unnecessary additives, sugars, and harmful things.

Great product to make fresh yogurt. I have been buying it for years. However, I just found a place to buy for much cheaper. $13 cheaper than Amazon is a lot of $.

I put 1/3 C in my husband's and my smoothie every morning with water and the rest of the ingredients. It doesn't contain carrageenan which I'm trying to stay away from. It also contains less fat than the original. You have to shake it before you open it because there's separation. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because some of the cans (a whole case) had major lumps even after shaking and I had to put it in a blender. Oh...it does contain guar gum but I don't think that's as bad as carrageenan.

Great flavor and consistency, plus it's one of the few popular brands that refuses to use monkeys as slaves to pick the coconuts! Clear conscious, full belly.
