For a smaller bread loaf to bake

I’ve been using this now for a couple of months and the loaves are smaller than a normal loaf. My issue is that it leaves black marks, no matter how much I wash the Tin black comes off on the bread and even the chopping board.

I like it. It is small though. Not going to get a regular loaf of bread in it

Excellent quality pullman pans. I use these for sweet milk bread. The pans are very heavy and well made with the distinctive sliding lids. There are 2 pans, one larger and one smaller. Each pan has 3 holes in the bottom to allow even baking and moisture release. The lids slide on and off easily and are Teflon coated so they're easy to clean. I find that my standard bread dough recipe (4C flour) fills both of the pans. You need to put less dough in each pan as you don't want them to rise high above the lip of the pan.

I finally got around to using this loaf pan a week ago and have since made 4 Loaves of bread. This is my first Pullman loaf pan, and I didn't know what to expect. With the flat lid it keeps your bread shaped, I pull it off for the last 15 mins for even browning. It is super easy to clean. This is the perfect size for a 900 gram sourdough loaf. It is well made and bakes evenly.
