Feelings have changed (in a good way)
EDIT:I’m 8 months PP and quite honestly this pump is the one I always reach for now. There’s the diff pumps I have where I use them depending on the setting/place we’re attending but I usually almost always reach out for this pump now. It empties me as much as the spectra (gold model) since my body is used to them now. I think it took at least a few weeks for it to switch since I started to use it way more than the spectra once I worked because they were wearable.I was very surprised! I really had to trust that it was just going to work, it even says that in their instructions you have to just be patient with it. The gentle mode worked for me with the heat - I had to play with the settings BUT now there’s a feature where other people can share their sequence and other settings that you can upload to your app to see if it helps out more.I wouldn’t be able to use them without the legendary inserts though, they are godsend (eufy please make something like this!). I really like the legendary inserts because it’s rubber and the circumferential length of the inserts covers a good amount of surface area to attach to your breast - the pumps really stay in place in my pumping bra since I move all around at work. I also got the plugs for the top so the milk doesn’t go everywhere. I have 4 sets of these so I can use them daily and I started to do the fridge hack at work since it was the easiest for me to do.I believe now they come in a 21mm size too, so I’m really excited to try those flanges too! Also definitely invest in a bottle washer to clean them makes it even more easier to use, I can’t live (mentally) without the Momcozy bottle washer for cleaning them. They clean them soooooo well and I can put two sets of these pump containers in it to clean each time.I hope it’ll work out for anyone taking a chance on these!!Oh also AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I had something I needed from customer service and they were very helpful and attentive and replied very quickly each time I messaged them. That is very rare. Thanks so much!!!!——————————————————————-LONG REVIEW - Because I feel like with any pump on the market considering how much they cost, they should all have one. I would’ve liked a thorough review compared to most of the other reviews I’ve seen here with all the pros and cons.Or maybe they were just that frustrated they didn’t post here.I was really excited to get this pump as I had been looking really extensively for the past month on what portable breast pump to get. I bought a main plug in pump and was paying out of pocket for this one for work and wanted to make sure it did everything I needed it to do.I’m a health professional and needed something that would empty me fairly quickly and not give me clogs unlike my previous portable one had three years ago. Figured portable pumps have come a long way since then. I also wanted something not as circular so it wasn’t as bulky in my pumping bra as I have to move around a lot for my profession. Most reviews here raved on how my loved their Eufy, even on Reddit so I bit the bullet and bought this. I was in between these, the Elvies and the Momcozys. I even bought Momcozys but returned it unopened since I was convinced these would work better because of the warming feature and the ability to buy more supplies to save even a few minutes during work so I was quicker with pumping. The pumps came earlier than expected so I was excited to have them before I started working so I can to play with the settings and see what mode would work better for me. On my spectra and baby Buddha I get 8-10oz in the morning when I pump exclusively. Or if I feed baby first and then pump I still get 4-5oz left. There are three modes so far I’ve done the max output and the gentle mode. These were the modes recommended by reviewers. When they didn’t work, I tried the others. The output was the same if not worse.I usually get the most on mornings so I pumped each morning to see if there’s any improvement with the tweaks I’ve used. I make sure everything is in place and nipples are centered and I have a tight fit in my bra.First time I pumped I did 20min max output - I got in total 1.5ozSecond time I pumped with flange inserts 20min gentle mode - I got a little less than 2ozThird time I pumped with flange inserts and 30 minutes gentle mode - I thought I was doing ok during it (you can’t see milk output unless you pause and fully take it out) - once again I got 1.5 ozIt was so upsetting the third time that I put the spectra on right after since I still felt full (despite the recommendation of 30min pumping otherwise you risk nipple/tissue damage), and in 10minutes it gave me 4oz.And each time despite all the borders of container is sealed, it still somehow managed to leak milk out when pouring it into my storage container. For the amount of money this pump can be especially with paying out of pocket for this, it is not worth it. All it has it that it’s pretty and has looks. These are unusable at my work. It would risk me getting a lower milk supply, clogs, and/or mastitis. Now I have to figure out how I’m going to buy another portable again for work, it’s disappointing.By recommendation from users on facebook and Reddit bought the legendary flange inserts. I’ll update this if it improves. But for now stay away from them unless you want to buy something that just sits there useless.

A top tier wearable!
Updated: 12/25/25This is my new favorite pump! I reach for it just as much as my Baby Buddha around a month after purchase. I’ve loved using it during MOTN feeds, as I can get my overnight pump in without waking her up. I’ve also used it at work regularly, because I can keep my office door open and attend meetings. I have to keep my office door closed when I use my Baby Buddha, which forces me to keep my office door closed 60-90 minutes per day to pump. I work in an environment that gets regular foot traffic, so being able to keep my door open is a bonus! My Baby Buddha pump is my go to if I am engorged or need to be 100% sure I am empty, or I have the time and privacy to use it. This pump is my go to on my commute into and home from work, and discreet pumping overnight or in public. The suction is great, the speed settings are great, and it does a pretty good job of emptying me. I am so glad I purchased this pump!———————I’ve only had this pump half a week and used it over a dozen times, but I absolutely love it! I have continually reached for it over my Baby Buddha motor pump.Pros:- It has a heating feature which can help with expression.- Very easy to change suction and speed settings for your comfort. Even when I am using higher suction and speed settings, the pump is super comfortable and is never painful.- I found the pump very easy to assemble and disassemble. There wasn’t much of a learning curve, and there are only pump four parts involved in assembly, two of which take a fraction of a section to install (diaphragm and duckbill valve).- The app comes with pre-made rhythms. I love the “max output” and “natural” rhythms and get the best output with them.- I have great output comparable to when I use my Baby Buddha motor pump.- The silicone flanges are very comfy. I’ve had no difficulties aligning everything and getting a solid seal.- I can lift my arms and move normally without worrying about breaking the seal. It has made caring for my infant and pumping on a schedule to be very easy. I can easily hold my baby and pump without worrying about dislodging my seal.- The pump is VERY quiet and the pumps are not too large that it’s distracting. I wore it at a public event recently. The event noise easily drowned out the pump sounds, and the pumps didn’t look unrealistically bulky under my shirt.- The charging case gets you a few charges on the go.- All parts can be dried and sterilized in my Baby Brezza dryer/sterilizer.——Cons:- I have spilled milk a few times, because you need to make sure there is a tight seal with the collection cup and flange when pouring. It helps to have the flange side pointed up to prevent leaks.- The pump can’t be plugged in while using, so if it’s dead, you need to wait for it to charge. A full charge takes a little less than 2 hours.- Replacement parts are a bit more expensive. I just bought an extra pair of collection cups, a pair of flanges, and a pair of diaphragms to have on hand and spent $72 through the Eufy website (with a coupon, original total was around $109).- Quiet, but not silent. Can definitely hear it in lower volume settings. But, it’s not so loud that it is horrendously distracting.- The heat feature will drain your battery faster. I was still able to get multiple pumps off one charge. But if you depend on the heat setting to get much better output, you need to account for more frequent charging. I don’t think you could get a day of consistent pumping with heat out of one charge, if you pumped for 20-30min at a time.——I am so happy with my purchase. I weighed the pros and cons of multiple wearables, and landed on Eufy. I love my Baby Buddha, but the standard flanges don’t allow for freely moving in public, don’t allow for my to easily hold and care my infant, don’t align with a consistent pumping schedule as a working mom, and don’t allow me to pump at work with my door open. This pump has been a game changer and allowed me much more freedom. Before it was very difficult for me to pump regularly day and night with the Baby Buddha flanges. Now I can throw this wearable on and live life as usual, which has made it easier for me to consistently stick to a pumping schedule. My pumping output has nearly doubled in half a week due to this. I will definitely be able to keep up my goal of pumping 6-8 times per day, thanks to this pump.I’ll update this review if anything changes in the coming months. But I have been extremely happy so far!

Comfortable, Convenient, and Great for Busy Moms
I bought the eufy S1 Security Heated Wearable Breast Pump because I wanted a hands-free pump that would allow me to take care of my baby and get things done while pumping. I was also really interested in the built-in heating feature since I had heard it could make pumping more comfortable and help with milk flow. I was hoping it would be discreet, comfortable, and efficient, and it definitely met my expectations. The pump was easy to set up, and the controls are simple to understand. I love that it fits comfortably inside my bra without feeling too bulky, so I can move around the house while pumping. The heating feature is one of my favorite parts—it provides a gentle warmth that makes pumping much more comfortable and seems to help me empty more efficiently. The suction is strong but comfortable, and I appreciate having multiple suction and stimulation settings so I can customize each pumping session.Another thing I really like is how quiet the pump is. It's discreet enough that I can wear it around the house or while out without drawing attention. The collection cups are easy to pour from, and all of the parts come apart easily for cleaning, which is a huge plus since pumping already involves enough washing. The only small downside is that wearable pumps can hold a limited amount of milk compared to traditional bottles, so if you have a large output, you may need to empty them during longer sessions. It also takes a little practice to get the positioning just right the first couple of times, but once you do, it works really well.Overall, I'm extremely happy with this purchase. It's comfortable, efficient, and has made pumping so much more convenient. Being able to pump hands-free while still taking care of my baby or doing things around the house has been a game changer. I would definitely recommend it to any breastfeeding mom looking for a reliable wearable breast pump.

WORTH EVERY PENNY
I apologize in advance for this long review! Also for my grammar/typos….I’ve had this pump for two days so this review is obviously only based off two days of use. I exclusively pump. I have a 3 month old and a 3 year old so I’m constantly moving. I needed a wearable comfortable pump. This is my second wearable pump the first one was cheap and got the job done for the most part but it only had two modes. I have been researching other wearable pumps and these wearable pumps are an investment. I bought the Eufy on prime day which was an amazing deal. I was sold on the Eufy because of the heat setting. I’m very sensitive like I have to have the suction low but I’m also an over producer. Anywho I love this pump!! There is an app to connect it to your phone and you can control it from there or the pump itself. You can sync both of them or have separate modes. You can have an auto shut off! Whatever setting you leave off on will be the one that is suggested when you turn it back on. Also in the app you can track your ounces you do have to manually put them in which isn’t bad. I absolutely love the heat setting it’s very comfortable and you can have it automatically shut off on a timer too, I’m a hot person and this doesn’t add to it or make pumping unbearable. Now moving on to putting it together and taking it apart. Once you get the hang of it man it’s super easy! I haven’t spilt any of my milk while taking it apart which I’m thankful for because we all know it’s hard work making it anyways we don’t want to waste it! So I take my fingers and pull by the spout in the opposite direction from the motor. Someone pulling them in two different directions at the same to get the magnet to come apart once I fill that it’s not connected anyone I pull the motor off. I’m sure I’m not explaining it correctly but once you get it down it’s so easy! The other parts are super easy to take off and put back on, also very easy to clean all parts. Now I’ve noticed when putting the flange back on the milk container easier to push the sensor in place and then push the center of the flange where your nipple goes in to place first before doing the rim. Just somethings I’ve found easier for me.! Oh also when pouring your milk always have the flange facing up not down if you do you’ll lose some milk! I’ve caught myself trying to do it that way and then I remember! When I say I collect every drop EVERY DROP comes out again you’ll get it down with what works best for you! One last thing the charging cord it’s just one with a split end with TWO chargers on it. Oh I also charged it before my first use. I didn’t charge it at all one day and I pumped 5 times in one day my sessions were 20 minutes a piece. The next day I pumped with it two more session and then I charged it. I felt like it holds a good charge. I’m sure I’m leaving so much out but again it’s amazing!! I’m so sorry that I rambled I hope this helps someone else.**Update 8/30/24I still love this pump! I use it 3X a day! I absolutely love not being tied down when I’m driving or working! I’ve literally pumped everywhere! Which makes life easier when you are constantly on the go!My family and coworkers don’t even hear it most of the time because the surrounding noise is louder. I don’t have any complaints other than I wish it held more ounces but I can’t even fault them for that.

Great Output, But A Few Tradeoffs
I originally had an issue with my shipment and had to reorder, but once I finally received these, they've become one of my favorite wearable pumps (until the S2 Pro). The biggest pro is the output. I get excellent milk production with these, and the heating feature is amazing - it really helps with comfort and milk flow. They've been reliable, and I use them regularly. I wouldn't say my supply has severely increased, but they definitely do a great job at maintaining my supply and emptying. There are a few downsides. I find them a little pinchy, even when using flange inserts. They're also more time consuming to clean because of all the small crevices. The included cleaning brush was a nice idea, but it scratched my milk collection cups, and I accidentally tore one of the duckbill valves while cleaning. Replacement parts are also on the expensive side, so that's something to keep in mind. They're not quite as discreet as I had hoped. I personally wouldn't wear them out in public unless I had a sweatshirt or hoodie on, and coworkers on conference calls have mentioned they can hear the motors, so I still use the mother's room at work.Overall, despite the drawbacks, the heating function and strong output make these a wearable pump I'd recommend. Just be prepared for a little extra maintenance and higher replacement part costs.

Great secondary pump!
I love that there are not a lot of tiny parts to put together or clean. Added plus are the included flange inserts. While I personally think I get about an ounce more output per side with my spectra, these are wonderful for taking to work, pumping on the go, or pumping while still having use of your hands. I’m already big chested so I wouldn’t necessarily wear out and about because I’d look ridiculous, but they are quiet enough that a person probably could. The app is great because it has different pump cycle settings, output tracking ability, and other functions. App is not necessary tho, everything can be controlled right on the wearable, pretty cool. Each one holds about 6oz max before it’ll spill on you, so if you are an oversupplied like me, you do need to keep watch! Great purchase tho, would recommend!

Phenomenal Pump!
Excellent pump! I had a donated M6 from a family friend but I’m not sure if the motors were bad or if they’re just weak overall, but the eufy goes above and beyond in comparison. It feels so much more luxurious, it heats, has the app, and the case is the cherry on top.I was using the motif Luna and the level 3 on the motif is about the same as the 3 or 4 on the eufy. The app is completely free with no subscription and the pre-set pumping modes/patterns are good and customizable. It’s also easy to clean and reassemble as well as unattaching the motor is easier than the M6 once you learn the “trick”.I would highly recommend!

Love the warming feature and the case , has minor issues
I got this pump after seeing others rave about it online. I have the momcozy m9 and the Spectra S1 but mainly use the portable pump for sanity purposes and not wanting to be stuck to tubes. My m9 motor stopped working and I while waiting for a new one from customer support, I really needed another hands free pump asap so decided to get another one. I was between the Willow 360 and this pump but ultimately decided to go with the eufy S1 for the warming feature since I use the fridge hack and HATE having to either put on the flanges cold or wait for them to warm up.Let me tell you, the warming function is a game changer. I think it’s also helped with my output. I’m not a big supplier so every ounce counts.I also love that the machine doesn’t automatically start pumping when turning it on. You have to press the power button one more time to get it started. This is important for me because I like to start at a lower setting and gradually build up. The pumps usually save your previous settings so if I’m at a really high setting to end and don’t adjust it, then my next session starts out painful.I didn’t think I would care about this, but I love the charging case! I don’t have to have all of these cables on my nightstand anymore and it’s good to have traveling. Plus, I feel like the charge doesn’t last as long as advertised (mine only lasted about a day), but that might be because I use the warming feature so frequently and sometimes forget to turn the pump off after a session.I love that it converts between oz and mls. Something small but it’s a nice touch. There are some issues that I don’t like. For me, these are minor issues and just more annoying. I would get the pump again just for the warming feature alone.-The major annoyance is that when I sync the pumps on the app, it’ll start off at the same rhythm but for some reason starts to go off as time progresses. Also, I’ll frequently have one still in simulation while the other one has moved on to express mode but that doesn’t make sense why it would do that since they SHOULD be doing the same thing. It’ll show on the app that my right pump has progressed a lot farther than the left side even though the time is the same. I thought maybe it’s an app glitch but even if you don’t sync it and you manually start it on the pump itself, it still has the same issue. The only way I’ve gotten around the rhythm issue is by manually changing between expression and stimulation.-There’s no timer on the actual pump. You have to rely on the app in order to know how long you’ve been pumping.-The pump itself easily tips over and the milk spout is right next to the charging port and the buttons so it may get damaged over time if you’re not careful.-The measurement on the cups are off. It’ll say like 0.5oz but when I actually measure it out into my Medela storage containers, it’ll be more like 1-1.5 oz.-When your session is done, you can type out the amount of milk as exact amounts, but if you type it in later or have to edit the amount, then you can only scroll in increments ( for oz it’s by 0.3’s and for mls it’s by 5’s).I’ve only been using this pump for two days but it’s my favorite pump so far. I’m probably going to use this as my main pump. :)Edit: Removing a star for case design. I do like the pump, but finally went out this week and realized you can’t put the pump inside the case without removing the protective flange cover because there’s a bump in the middle… what’s the point of having a flange cover if you can’t use it at all times?

Needed to reduce spills
I purchased these as my eufy was leaking when it got full. These absolutely avoid spills when moving around. It's a shame they don't come with the pump as standard.

Buy the pump!!
I really thought I couldn’t get a wearable pump that would work with my elastic tissue but I’ve gotten the same if not more output with this pump as with my spectra. It feels expensive, all of the parts are easy to put together and clean and I like the ability to use the app or the pump buttons. The heating feature is amazing and that it comes with silicone flange inserts for a correct fit. SO pleased with this purchase.
