I purchased this after hearing many good things about it. I work in healthcare 80+ hours a week and need to be able to pump on the go while seeing patients. Ultimately this pump is a total failure for that, although it does work and I get good output. Pros/Cons Pros 1. Good output 2. Heat function 3. Rechargeable battery pack 4. Remote app functionality CONS 1. Easily spills milk if moving around even slightly at 2 oz collected or more. Cant even walk without spilling milk, the most I can do is the dishes 2. Very finicky pieces. If the duck bill is not securely attached just right the milk does not collect 3. App doesn’t tell you how much milk youve collected and pump will continue until milk is running over. Huge design flaw as it’s meant to be worn under a shirt and cannot be checking output every few minutes, also difficult to see amount in collection cups due to location amd fogging in clear containers 4. Extremely expensive replacement parts and does need replacement every month on the dot 5. Loud motor 6. Painful without special inserts and a lot of practice- I use Legendairy Inserts and they help a lot but it is an additional purchase 7. Cant do fridge method with charging case- will get container gross so I end up carrying both the charging container and a separate bag to carry my detachable parts in. Very bulky 8. This one really bothers me, but they look HUGE when worn. I am not particularly shy with my body but these are embarrassingly obscene to wear even under baggy sweater shirt. It is incredibly obvious. The control lights also sometimes glow through my shirt. 9. Longer to empty me than my spectra. Spectra - 8-12 minutes. Eufy- 30 minutes. 10. Steep learning curve for use. The initial set is not intuitive and the pump was painful until I optimized it scouring Reddit threads and purchasing varying flange inserts. 11. Time consuming to take apart and put together, needs to be exactly snapped right to work. Between the loud motor, many times needed to check if milk is collecting/not spilling over, inability to move with even moderate functionality, extreme cost, finicky parts that fail easily and are time consuming to put together and troubleshoot and very obvious pump I would not purchase this again. I would not use it to wear to work either. It is not discreet and more time consuming to use than a spectra. The only thing I can see these being used for is around family and when sitting perfectly still, such as a long car ride. If you have the ability to pump in an office and do not have to move, with long pump sessions, these may work for you. Edit I have continued using these at work and wear them with a momcozy sports bra which helps the ability to move around. I do still leak from the top if I walk normally with more than 2 oz collected. The heat function has been nice on my nipples, in the cold operating rooms I get vasospasm and they help prevent it. If I store my pump sideways milk will collect into the motor. This happened with my right motor and the output is slightly less from that one. This is after a month of heavy daily use so far as it is my primary pump. I did try the eufy brand spillguards while wearing and unfortunately drops output quite a bit because air cant escape out of the top so milk cant enter the chamber, especially with a good seal with the legendairy inserts.

Great in theory but poor design. After months of research I chose to purchase these and I was extremely disappointed. The heating feature is nice in theory except it has "bug fix" updates regularly because of "overheating issues." The app also makes it much more complicated than it needs to be. After using this pump twice I was having quite a bit of pain and my nipples began to bleed. After a quick Google search I learned that this was a common issue for mom's and the only way to fix it is to file down a specific part. For the cost of the product, I absolutely was not going to do that. I purchased the Momcozy M5 after these and they worked much better and didnt hurt me. Not worth the money or the pain.

I actually love this breast pump, which is why I’m so disappointed to be writing this review. The heating feature is amazing, and it does a better job extracting milk than any portable pump I’ve used while traveling or working on the road. When it’s working properly, it’s honestly one of the best pumps I’ve owned. Unfortunately, I’ve experienced reliability issues. I’ve already had to replace the unit once because the pumps stopped charging, and now the charging case itself has stopped working. As a busy breastfeeding mom, I depend on this pump daily, so charging problems make it impossible to use when I need it most. The reason I’m giving this review instead of simply moving on to another product is because I genuinely like it and want it to work. The comfort, convenience, and performance are excellent. I’m just hesitant to purchase another one if these charging issues continue to happen. I’m hoping the company sees this review and can offer some guidance, a solution, or perhaps recommend a more reliable version. I truly want to remain a customer because when this pump works, it’s outstanding.

I was quite disappointed with this pump. I was so excited when I received it, and I absolutely loved it during the first week. Unfortunately, after that, the motor started acting up. It would create excessive suction, pulling my nipple too far into the flange and not releasing it until pump would shut off. It also began shutting off randomly in the middle of pumping sessions. Don't get me wrong—I love the concept behind this pump. The combination of massage, heat, and pumping is an amazing idea, and when it worked, I really enjoyed using it. However, I think the motor may be trying to do too much, and I'm not confident these pumps are built to last long-term. If you're considering buying one, just keep that possibility in mind. I really wanted to love this pump, but my experience was disappointing.

If you are a flange size 24 and above, I advise you to skip this product. The instruction saids to use the item as is without the adapters since I believe this pump is primarily made for those with a flange size below 24. The first time I use it, it leaked all over on one side, which is user error. Then the other side started having breastmilk leak from the suction area when pouring to a bottle. The parts are also very tedious to clean. The second time I made use I reviewed all the instruction and used it, but my nipple is so sore with intermittent sharp pain since. The output from it is also less than my spectra. I use spectra 24mm flange size and have been great. The ONLY pro with this pump is the heating feature and how cute the storage bag is. I wish I can return it, but it is a medical item and single-use so I cannot return it but to write a notorious review about my experience. I think this pump will be great for those with a smaller flange size. As for me, my left nips is hurting more than my right nips. I don't think I have the courage to try it again.

**1-Star Review: Absolute Garbage – Do NOT Buy the Eufy Breast Pump** I regret this purchase more than my decision to get pregnant in the first place. The Eufy breast pump is an overpriced piece of junk that caused me more pain, frustration, and wasted milk than I ever thought possible. The suction is either nonexistent or feels like it’s trying to rip my nipples off. There’s no comfortable middle ground—just weak fluttering or full vacuum-from-hell mode. I leaked everywhere, ruined countless shirts, and still barely got any milk out. My baby was literally screaming for food while I sat there for 30+ minutes per session with this useless machine making weird clicking and wheezing noises like a broken lawnmower. Assembly is confusing, the parts are impossible to clean thoroughly (hello, trapped milk residue and bacteria fears), and the battery dies faster than my patience. The app connection? Constantly drops. The flanges are uncomfortable and left me sore for days. I’ve tried multiple pumps now and this one is by far the worst. Save your money and buy literally anything else. Eufy should be embarrassed to put their name on this disaster. Zero stars if I could. **Never again.**

I wanted to like this product, as it sounds great in theory. I bought this to wear on the airplane for work trips so I don’t get mastitis from long flights/short layovers. However there are several issues that prevent it’s usefulness: It created bruises on my breasts near my nipples. And my skin and nipples felt irritated. The heat was scalding and painful, and hard to turn that feature back off. The suction was poor. I got no milk out. It isn’t quiet. The controls are on the tops of the cups but this makes it not discreet if you need to work with it as you would on a plane. I don’t know how you could do it discreetly with a shirt on. The controls /buttons are also flakey. Sadly it is more likely to cause me mastitis than prevent it so I’m probably stuck with having to bring my regular Medela Pump in Style despite its drawbacks and not being able to pump on a plane with it. I’ve got years of breastfeeding experience and this is NOT a pump I would recommend sadly, I hope they can fix the issues, but I would not buy this one. Wish I could return and get my money back.

The pumps work great at first. Then then leaked like crazy at 4 months. Then the battery wouldn’t last longer than two pump sessions without using the heated option. Then at 6 months it would die after one session. I filed warranty and they said they would replace both units and I waited a week and nothing. I reached out again and I guess they “forgot to put it in the system”. I finally received the unit. They only sent one not two like they said and it’s now saying heating error on the new one they sent me. To top it off it looks different. Lighting buttons everything. For something this expensive you’d expect top quality & customer service. They ignored my emails when I requested a tracking number .

I use them while pumping and it seems to create more suction power. I think they should come with every set of pumps though. Disappointed I had to buy separately.
