Far too small
My normal shoe size is a 3; so naturally, I ordered size 3-4. Should have ordered 4-5.

These are great!!
My doctor recommended I try these for arch support due to my extreme flatfeet. What a difference they have made. They feel good and the support is very helpful. I wish I'd gotten these long ago. And doc says these last indefinitely unlike the ones you can buy at the store that have to be replaced repeatedly. And I can put them in my walking shoes and my summer slip on low heel sandals that I wear often. Love them!

Moderate Arch
I ordered because I needed a thinner insole than my regular orthotics for a new pair of boots without removable soles. These work for a moderate arch. I will try a higher arch next time.

Relief is on the way
Offers relief for plantar fasciitis. Easy to get used to when walking. Fits in all closed shoes without feeling ‘squeezed’.

Cheap alternative to custom orthotics and works well.
Great support and noticed an improvement in symptoms quickly. 3/4 size allows you to NOT tear out the inner sole of your shoes like other types require.
