The squeeze clamps only go so far.These F clamps are perfect for powerful clamping action. Glad I found them!

Decent clamps for the price
I needed some extra big clamps for a medium-duty home fix-it project (gluing 1/4” pine spacing strips to the edges of French windows) and these worked fine for a reasonable price. As other reviewers have noted, however, the metal bar will literally start bowing when you tighten the clamps firmly. For the one-project, medium-duty clamping I was doing, these clamps were sufficient, but I would not recommend them for heavy-duty gluing projects or serious woodworking.

According to videos and books, you can never have enough Clamps, so I ordered more to be on the safe side.
