Great phone holder
I like the chain to keep track of my phone since pockets don’t work for me anymore. The chain is cute and not bulky.

When I'm out running errands, I no longer need to carry a purse. This strap holds my phone which includes my drivers license, credit card and a few $. It's also adjustable and long enough to place the phone in my side pocket.

Too short
The chain was too short for me to wear as a crossbody. I tried ordering two to connect and it was then too long. Just not what I was looking for expected from the product description.

**EDITED** I had to return the product. Not being able to charge when it's in the case rendered it not practical for me. It is a lovely product and there's a good chance it may work for some/many. Just not me.I love the look, the length, the adjustability of this cross body strap. However, when I drive I plug my phone in because my music is on my phone and comes through my sound system. While I was *able* to plug it in, I realized that it wasn't connecting firmly and my battery was discharging while listening to music rather than charging at the same time. I'm knocking off stars for that. I'll be traveling to Europe soon and am grateful that I'll have a nice crossbody to keep my phone safe and close, but I'll have to remove the little tab at the bottom every time I need to charge it. Now, it may have to do with the type of case I have (a very slimline case, notthing bulky or "Otterbox" like), but regardless, now I have an inconvenience I have to deal with.

Exactly what I needed
I am always losing my phone on job sites. This was perfect. The leather also kept in line with my business attire.
