A: Hi... this packet is for has two parts.  The bottom part is like a batter mix (follow instruction) for frying making it crunchy.  The top part is salt black pepper mix (to mixed with fried shrimp after, use more or less pending your liking)... Results, Crunchy Salt Pepper Shrimp just like at the restaurant.
