Wasn’t sure what to expect, but I bought this before a long trip and it ended up being really useful. The massage isn’t super intense, but it’s enough to relax my neck, especially with the heat on. The only thing I wish is if it could be a bit tighter.I’ve started using it at home too when I’m on my laptop for too long. The voice prompt is a bit quirky, but not a dealbreaker. Overall, it’s a solid little gadget that actually gets used more than I thought it would.

Unfortunately this neck pillow stopped working after two uses and had to be returned. The fabric and everything about it felt very good. It just had issues, like not turning on or staying on. I was offered a replacement by the company. The company was responsive, but I found a different product that does what I needed. I had high hopes for it but, this was not a product I could use or keep.

This neck massager is actually awesome. I thought it’d just be a simple vibrating pillow, but it looks great in person and feels super soft against the skin. The massage strength surprised me—in a good way. When I lie down with it, it honestly feels almost like a real massage chair. The heat is a nice touch too, especially now that it’s getting colder. Totally worth it.

I'm very happy to have come across the Howdy Neck Massager. I've been having some tight spots in the back of my neck and this device does a pretty good job at addressing it. From the unboxing, you can tell that you're ready to see something special. The box has a cool design on it. The massager itself was wrapped and when pulled out, you can definitely feel the weight of it in your hand. Other than that, there's also a pouch and an instruction booklet and charging cable.Using the massager itself was interesting in a positive way. The cushioning is decent and feels comfortable on your neck without causing any itching sensation. The massager part slightly presses on the back of your neck even when off, making you aware of its presence. Turning on the power is a simple press of the on/off button on the right side of the device. When it does turn on, the massages feel just right in terms of pressure and heat applied. The only gripe I have with it is that after a few minutes, it could feel a bit heavy to have all this on your shoulders and feel it weigh you down.All in all, I think that this is a pretty cool device. For around $70, I can see how many others may not be open to getting it, and I can understand that sentiment. But for me, I think using this for brief episodes every now and then will be beneficial for me and I would recommend it.

Liked messaging. Barely feel the heat on high. I need heat. Product t is stiff and weighs on neck making neck hurt more.

I received the massager and used a couple times. On the 3rd day I wanted to use it but it’s dead. It had been plugged in for more then 24 hours but will not charge any more and will not turn on. Totally disappointed in this worthless item. DO NOT PURCHASE. Waist of money
