Not quite five stars as the taste on its own isn’t great, but overall it’s a straightforward supplement that’s easy to keep using

This does exactly what it says and can't recommend it enough. My Hyrox training and S&C has gone through the roof. I take a scoop with a glass of water on an empty stomach in the morning and the same again 30 minutes before training. I also use this with concentrated beetroot capsules. You can certainly tell they are vasodilators as my veins all over are like piano strings.
