This skim board was great for the beach this summer. It arrived in no time and got us skimming among the surf the next day. We waxed it ourselves and it seems like it will last quite a bit. The plywood bonding seems strong and rigid where needed. I love the red and black paint job with the teardrop design. Not too hard to use.

This board has provided hours of fun on the shores of many lakes. My kids found it to be the right length and size for them.

Love the look but it was already peeling when we received it and then that color was out of stock 😕

This is a compact skim board. I liked that it was easy to pack in floor of hatchback for beach trip by car. . Great for casual play on vacation for kids snd adults. This is a beginner board, a great new “toy”perfect for your next family beach vacation. The board was packaged securely with no damage in transit, arrived in perfect condition.

I bought a few of these a couple of years ago for the beach since we go multiple times a year and they were a huge hit with the kids. You basically surf on these but only in the inch or two of water when it comes up onto the beach. They had so much fun, but of the two I bought one ended up lost at sea on a vacation and the other I let a friend borrow for her trip and she never gave it back. So I was happy to get another one for our trip.The quality seams about the same as any of the other ones I’ve had. This feels pretty solid and thick, and the price isn’t bad either. Just make sure you wax it not only to make it go better but also to lengthen the lifetime of it.

I haven't gotten to test it in the water yet, but it looks exactly like what you'd expect! I've never had one before so I don't know the difference between a good one and a bad one. This one feels very solid, the paint is all really nice and clear. The wood is all very smooth, it seems like it'll skim across the water pretty well!
