Super Fast Responsive Detections
Works great with Home Assistant ZHA. I was able to add it quickly and easily. I use it to control a switch relay in our kitchen pantry. It goes off multiple times a day and has worked flawlessly. The response time is almost instant (sub second most of the time). I also like the fact that I can watch the battery level from within Home Assistant.

Does the job, with one asterisk
I picked this up to automate the LED strip in my closet. The idea is simple: slide the doors open, lights come on. Close them and walk away, lights go off. It mostly works, but there's a catch. The sensor is mounted inside the closet facing the sliding doors, and it doesn't register the doors sliding open as motion. I have to actually move in front of it after the doors are already open before it triggers. For a motion sensor, that feels like a miss.Once it does detect me, the response is quick. Maybe a second or two of delay, but nothing annoying. The turn-off side works exactly how you'd want it to. There's a standard timeout after it stops detecting motion, and then the lights shut right off. No weird lingering.Setup was painless. It paired with my Echo hub on the first try, no troubleshooting needed. The sensor itself is small and sticks right where you put it with the included adhesive. It disappears into the closet. It does what it's supposed to do, just not quite the way I expected it to. If you need it to react to you walking into a room, it'll be great. If you need it to catch something like a sliding door, you may run into the same thing I did.

Good when they work, support not much help
Good when they work, but Sonoff support leaves much to be desired. My specific problem is that one of the "entities" exposed to Home Assistant by the device doesn't work. Let me explain. When you connect via Zigbee to Home Assistant, the physical "Device" exposes several "entities" (virtual devices) that do things. The 2 relevant entities are called binary_sensor.[room name]_motion_sensor and binary_sensor.[room name]_motion_sensor_occupancy. Not entirely sure how these two interact. My issue is that the motion_sensor entity gets stuck in either "on" or "off" states and has to be manually reset, while the motion_sensor_occupancy sensor seems to work correctly.I went round and round with Sonoff support about this and basically got gaslighted about it. It's clearly a bug in how this device is supposed to work. If you can live with this malfunction and just rely on "occupancy" for any automations then you're OK. I don't want to pay for a devic that doesn't work as promised.

Completely worth it
Works perfectly for my use - sets up via Alexa and you can run routines based off its detections / non-detections. (Ex. When someone walks into the room, when noone is detected for 2 minutes, turn the light on or off ). Mounting options are great, magnetic base is perfect for angling the sensor. Battery life seems very impressive at this point So good I bought 2.

Build quality looks good but only partial functionality
First, getting to the battery and removing the tab was tricky with zero instructions. Do a search on YouTube; seeing is better than words. This sensor is supposed to have two usable entities: motion and occupancy. Only occupancy works consistently to be of use in automation.

Great motion sensor with limited ambient light reporting
This is a great, responsive motion sensor that also has an ambient light sensor built in (though not in the best implementation). This makes it perfect for use in automations where you want a light to turn on, only when a specified darkness level is reached.I was able to pair this up and incorporate it into my Home Assistant setup via zigbee2mqtt with no issues. It has performed exactly as expected and I've had no issues with the motion sensing. The ambient light sensor is nice to have (my previous motion sensors did not have one), but unfortunately the device only seems to report either "dim", or "bright". It would be much more preferable to have a numerical value reported so that you can customize your automations with more flexibility (e.g. the reported "dim" value might not be as dim as I would like). While better than not having a sensor at all, it's still a disappointing implementation.
