Great tasting, no different to gluten containing panko
I use this mainly to bread chicken breast and cook them in air fryer. Makes a very crispy crunchy coating that doesnt go soggy like some panko crumbs can.

Very good indeed
To me these were indistinguishable from standard panko breadcrumbs both in taste and texture and make for a very nice katsu curry which is a firm favourite in this house.On the downside they are a bit on the expensive side but I doubt you're spoiled for choice for gluten free panko breadcrumbs
