Incredible value at a fantastic price point!
I am new to motorcycle communications, so I have no previous products of comparison, other than seeing what my friends use. I wanted to get into something that didn't break the bank, but allowed me to have professional features and quality. I couldn't be happier with this unit! So much so that I now own three of them! I am only doing trail riding with close proximity to other riders, so I have no experiences with long distances and this unit. However, no issues with trees/ hills/ valleys diluting the signal between riders. Pros: Incredible value for the price point. The packaging is incredibly sturdy and, dare I say, classy and top-shelf (reminded me of the quality of Apple products in their packaging). Up to ten units can be used in a MESH setup (The three I have VERY easily pair with each other, identify themselves, and unpair/ repair successfully as needed). Bluetooth is super-solid for calls, music, or connecting with other comm systems of a different brand. Microphone and speaker systems are clear and loud, with plenty of cabling to route through your helmet. Wiring connections (microphone to the speakers, and speakers to the unit) and snug and built to protect against moisture. Helmet attachment of the unit has two options... one via clipping it to the helmet, the other is more "permanent" with double-sided tape. Both ways feel very secure and solid. Buttons and knob have a nice, solid feel to them and respond reasonably fast via bluetooth. Two year warranty, as long as you register them. Customer support is very quick and friendly! Cons: To my ears, the speakers are a bit "tinny" or "thin." But, not unreasonable in any way. With earplugs, it softens the edges. My ignorance led me to believe that I could take these units and MESH with other brands, which I find is not the case. They can only mesh to the same brand and model, from my understanding and experience. I CAN connect via bluetooth to other brands of systems, but I believe you sacrifice one of the two bluetooth chips to do so. Again, I could be incorrect on that, but that's what I've experienced so far. For someone wanting to get into comm systems at a lower price-point, but experience high-level features and quality, this is a fantastic setup to consider! I have no reason to use anything else. And at this price point, if one gets destroyed on the trails for any reason, it's not too expensive to toss it and buy another one to replace it. Great product, great company... I'm thrilled!

Excellent product for great price.
Great product without the hefty price tag. Sound is remarkably good and not as quiet as other review noted. Setup is super easy and the button usage is easy with gloves. I went with this brand because it combined all of the high quality features of the overpriced devices without the sticker price. It is waterproof, has a mesh network with auto reconnect and a large knob to adjust volume quickly and easily. UPDATE: After having a chance to use this product with a friend riding on trails and streets, this is 100% a no brainer. It has all of the features of the leading 2 brands with none of the cost. The only "negative" I would say is that I have been told that the speakers for those other systems are very good and these aren't as high end. To me that's not worth $300 when I'm wearing ear plugs and trying to ignore the engine/tire noise. I have two of these installed. For my enduro I run ear monitors connected into the speaker lines (had a local music/electronics shop do the work). My buddy just uses the speakers. The other setup is for my cruiser where I wear earplugs for road noise and the included speakers. The earplug/speaker setup isn’t as rich as the monitors but nothing is going to be musician quality into your ears. This mesh network syncs super easily and heals quickly without any input from the user. We lose each other a lot going down different trails and it connects back up before we have eyes on each other. Works well in the forest. The communication is clear and with very little wind noise. I'm so thankful I looked around before spending 2.5x on the "leading" brands. If you’re looking for a two person comm setup this is definitely an excellent choice. I’ll be buying more for my wife’s helmet as well

Fit & function. Sound quality. Easy install. Price point
I received this as Xmas gift after showing interest to my wife. Was given a two pack to share with a fellow rider. Install was a breeze. Functionality is great. Love the wheel. Really like the way it clips onto the mount vs the Senas. Some have a release button that can be accidentally depressed during a ride. Bye bye. For me personally, it could be bassier but that’s an issue with most units. The sound quality/clarity is superb. And it gets loud. If you wear ear plugs, anticipate no problems. I haven’t tested the distance on it yet. Or maps. Maybe this spring. Music is outstanding though. As you can probably tell, I’m very pleased with the XGP X10. Dare I say, love it? See for yourself.

AVERAGE, like the pricing.
The saying "You get what you pay for" accurately describes my evaluation of this headset. I tried it and decided to invest in the next step up. After all, I was more than half way there with the price. PROS: Not outrageously expensive + easy to program and operate + Good connection and signal. CONS: Speakers sound not excellent + The microphone needs to be more sturdy (the wind along blows it out of place on a 3/4 helmet) Average price for average product. Not bad, not the best.

Works great! Highly recommend!
I just bought 4 of these exact intercoms. I use them with my 3 children so 4 of us connected together. First of all I've been teaching my girl how to ride motorcycles since she just got her permit. This is a mandatory piece of equipment to teach someone how to ride. She feels so much more secure knowing she can ask questions and get immediate feedback on her riding techniques. It's a game changer. The speakers are clear. There is no wind noise with the microphones and I wear a modular helmet sometimes with it open and the kiddos have closed full face helmets. These were so inexpensive compared to Sena and Cardo. The quality is great and I am very happy with my purchase. With all of us being able to talk during our rides, it is a different experience being connected to each other. Some people may not like the "chatter" but we love being able to talk to one another. I made a comment to my son that he might not like me reminding him of the speed limit so much and he just laughed and said he expected that from his mom! I paid $150 for 2 on Amazon. I watched a youtube video for visual instruction on how to use and that really helped me as I was struggling on how to mesh these. Once I visually saw someone else do it, it was easy. Highly recommend these.

Just okay....updated - Just no
I picked these up due to the positive reviews and affordable price versus the two big name brands Cardo and Sena. They do their job but not as well as the listing and reviews make it seem. Pros: - Affordable versus other higher end systems. - Mesh is seamless and easy to activate vs BT intercom (have not tested with other systems). - Desync your BT Audio from your headset and the volume gets plenty loud (have not tried while riding yet). - Easy to install. - Intercom/Music volume can be adjusted independently. - Easy to learn command settings. - Battery life is good. Cons: - Music Sharing is not mentioned in instruction sheet and I could not get it to work with our set. - BT intercom is cumbersome to get into (dual simultaneous button press). - BT intercom makes more sense with music playing but instant communication is not possible (Delay in connect time). - Mesh system does not pause music but has instant communication (if you can hear over your music). - The largest con is the intercom volume - Music is twice as loud as the intercom volume. - Speakers have zero bass response, treble is tinny and loud. We are using Biltwell Gringo S Gen 2 helmets, they have molded holes in the foam for speaker placement. The molded holes are directly over your ears so basically direct placement of the speaker. The amount of treble over bass is not great and I could see causing headaches after an hour or so. The instruction sheet is confusing but after some playing around with thing we were able to figure out the BT intercom pairing. We couldn't get them to work at first - for those that are also having trouble BT intercom pairing should be done before you connect the headset to your phones. Once they are paired to one another connection is seamless. Music sharing would nice to figure out, I tried to connect both headsets to my phone hoping it would play music simultaneously between headsets but it only plays on whichever headset presses the play button. The mesh system not pausing music is pointless to me, the main reason why I got an intercom system is so my wife could point things out on the fly (a car I may not of seen, a landmark or a pee break as we are approaching a gas station) since you can barely hear the intercom over the music. This is where the BT intercom is nice as it pauses the music upon connection but the connection takes longer and is somewhat inconvenient to activate. Overall: Depending on what you are needing an intercom system for this may or may not tick the boxes you require. If you want music you are covered, if you want music and instant communication look elsewhere. If you (as the driver) will not listen to music and want instant audio que's with Mesh then this will work as the passenger can control their music to communicate with you. For a cheap system, I am okay with it. One day I will step into a nicer setup and be able to compare the higher priced features. Until then I will update this review after some further use. Update: If your intention is to use this more for an intercom than music/map directions then I honestly cannot recommend the product. After a few rides with my wife (as passenger) anything over 40 mph and the intercom becomes useless for two reasons. 1) you can barely hear the person talking (volume issue) and 2) the person talking sounds like a phone with bad signal, scratchy, cutting in and out. We tried both BT mode and Mesh, assured both phones were at max volume as well as headsets. There were multiple times I would be trying to talk to my wife and either she could not hear me or the connection was lost. I am returning these for a refund.

Speaker volume diminished after about a year
The functionality of these are pretty good. They pair easily between themselves and to other brands. After a year of mild use it seems like the volume is getting quieter. I have tried adding foam to put them closer to my ear but I have ons speaker that the volume is so low I can really only hear out of the other speaker. At speeds on the highway the speakers are almost useless after a year. Initially the volume was OK but they seem to have diminished over the last 12 months. I contacted the customer service to ask about new speakers or speaker upgrades and they had a quick response but just said there were no upgraded speakers. Be warned the speaker and mic cable is a USB-c type plug and I have not been able to adapt it to a 3.5 mm plug and have anything work. Price wise I can say I got what I paid for considering high end brands are 2 to 3 times the price

Bin absolut begeistert

Phenomenal budget comm
The XGP X10 is a fantastic system. perfect for me and my girlfriend while riding together and music for when im solo. full list of thoughts below -Extremely cheap, less than half price of a "name brand" system -Great battery life, easily lasts a couple weeks between charges listening to music on daily commute -waterproof, listened to music no problem during torrential rain -clear talking audio, doesnt lower music volume, just natural sound over sound -decent audio quality. its not top of the line, but the audio is significantly better than i expected given the price point. as an avid music listener, the bass/lower notes could use a helping hand, but otherwise acceptable sound for daily music or adventuring with friends -range isnt nearly as advertised, only about 350m of range, however, never run into issues with disconnecting with my girlfriend while riding. were basically close enough to yell most times so having a 3-4 block buffer for lights and stop signs is plenty -seamlessly reconnects if you do happen to wander too far off, audible alerts for disconnects and reconnects so you arent left guessing -good sound isolation, microphone will pick up random noises like the starter on the bike, but not the exhaust or wind noise while riding, so no annoying buffeting or droning through the speakers while connected to others -personally a huge fan of the comm button looking like an m&m -plenty of volume, i would like to not be deaf, so i usually only have it at half volume, i also spent a lot on my exhaust and would like to hear that at high revs too - easy to use volume dial, press to pause/play music, buttons for skipping songs, ass super easy to locate and use while wearing gloves - in my opinion, too much wiring with the speakers and microphone. have so much bundled up under pads, but after fighting it all into place, it all stays and hasnt caused any fitment issues or hard spots All in all, a system that could stand toe to toe with the big name brands out there. only slightly less full sound quality and a limited range. however if you have the skill to stay within 4 city blocks of the person you are riding with, you wont run into connectivity issues. 10/10 would recommend
