I did not read the description very well so I didn’t realize that the plate is plastic. It’s a good quality thick plastic though. Great size! The apron is stiff but good for grilling. I would compare the apron to the same material as my grill cover. The box it comes in is great gift giving.

I ordered the JNDJE Poppop Father's Day Grill Platter and Apron Gift Set mainly for the Apron, but the whole set is really very nice. The platter is about 9x14"; is decorated with crossed grilling tools; is very versatile and multifunctional, however it does state it is not for use in a microwave oven; and it has the words Pop Pop's Grill on it. The apron is black with the phrase "the man, the myth, the legend" This is such a nice set, and I am glad that I was able to get one. I easily rate it 5 out of 5.

I have an uncle who is hard to find gifts for - so I am saving this for his birthday as I think he will get a kick out it - it fits with his sense of humor, and he loves his outdoor grill.The platter itself is nice and did not have any blemishes on it - lighter in weight than I was expecting - but when it's loaded up with steaks and burgers, the lighter weight will be a welcome bonus.The apron, has a pretty strong plastic/chemical smell to it - so I will be hanging that outside until the odor goes away. It seems sturdy enough and it fits in the box very nicely.

This fathers day gift set is so perfect for fathers day or even birthdays. The grill plate is a really nice size and the apron is perfect for grilling.very lightweight

The apron had a strong chemical smell when I opened the package, so hopefully it will go away after airing it out. The apron also is not the greatest quality. The tie around the waist is not made from the most durable fabric and it would be nice if it was longer so that it could be tied in the front. The saying on the apron is hilarious and my husband was thrilled. The platter is also ok quality, but for the price I did not expect much.

This is such a cute set! Makes a great gift for father's day. The apron seems sturdy and well made, and while I personally wouldn't use the platter for food, it makes such a cute piece, especially for the ones who love to grill and cook.
