Tungsten Carbide Endmill - 3 Flute Sharp Corner Milling Cutter DLC coated - CNC Tool - For Aluminium Roughing & Finishing (4mm (Twin Pack))

I had a few aluminium jobs running at work and I thought I would give the dlc cutter a try. I ran the 8mm cutter at 10000rpm with a feed 10mpm with a 25% step over. Handled it superbly! It was that good that I brought another one!

The 6mm DLC end mill for ALU is excellent. Cuts well and leaves a very clean mirror-like finish. Even with higher material removal rates than cutters I've previously used.Will be using these mills from now on.

Have bought a variety of milling cutters from this company. Although difficult to gauge the quality of the alloys used they seem to last as long as the better known brands.Time will ultimately tell.I will continue to buy these if they have the size I need in their range.

Wow what a neat little cutter, but does it leave a super finish it is just brilliant ! Can highly recommend.

A 1-star because there is no clue as to the basic sizes other than the cutting diameter.The 1.5mm cutter has a 4mm shank and a max cutting depth of 5mm.I do not have a 4mm collet, so now I need to buy one!

I run this at 18000 RPM 1mm DOC and 1200 Feed the finish was great the lines polished off with a scotch brite pad used WD40 as a lube Must try other size cutters in this range.Seller replied after i asked a question (After i did the cut ) 10,000 RPM @ 1090 mm/min with a 4mm max depth of cut. Will try deeper cuts next time.Try more and this might be my go to brand.Seller needs to put Feed and Speed Info on these cutters would help a lot
