Took some time to learn how to use it but seems to be working

Five stars because I've not encountered its reportedly shortcomings, as I'm only using a simple temperature on/off function (not timed). Another reviewer studied the unit ad nauseam, and provided revised instructions. I strongly recommend you find that review as a supplement. I can probably use an AI to merge the text, integrate his with the manufacturer's poor guidebook and output a 'new' instruction manual. 😆 I have its temperature probe affixed to the UV lamp on my RO system with thermal tape and Velcro, so that the lamp isn't running 24/7 when the water isn't moving, as that segment gets pretty hot. Some say the UV lamps will last longer if they're not cycled on and off. I suspect it might last longer if it's not getting so bloody hot when there's no water to cool it. In any case, what I spend on replacement lamps I might save in power reduction as an offset. 🤷‍♀️

Bought this to regulate the temperature of a towel warmer i made. It has been great. Easy to use, with a very long temperature probe wire. It is accurate in the high low temp setting and easy to change when necessary. Nice thing about the probe is it measure air temp, without having to actually attach to anything, (metal to metal).

Seems to work well. Only thing it needs is a simple on / off switch. I am using it for a shop for a portable space heater, and when i'm not in the shop, I don't want the heat on. I cannot find a simple way to turn it on / off without just unplugging the heater from the temp controller.

This thing could not be better I’m using it for a deep freezer live well set up. It has preformed flawlessly! Very easy set up, intuitive and a bright screen I’m extremely pleased with this product.

The unit operates as expected with several variances. The Keto manual explained that an inductive load (such as an A/C or a refrig/freezer) must be limited to 2a @ 240v. Attempting to regulate a 10amp 120vac load is outside the limts. Therefore, I wired an air conditioning contactor to handle the load (ref/freezer). The 120v contactor solenoid is activated by the Keto and the larger contactor points supply the 8amps my refrig compressor demands. The sec issue deals with the thermostat. Placement seems very important otherwise it vacillates wildly and the load goes on and off too rapidly (IMO). I may expand the temp settings to increase cycle time.

I use it to better control a oil based heater in my room. Easy to setup. The temperature reading is consistent with another thermometer. I do wish they make a wireless version so that one can control it on a phone.

This is fabulous. I do want to say- it wasn’t staying on at first. I had to google search to resolve it. For heat you have to set the low and high within a couple degrees. I had the low set at like 79 and high at 95 because I thought that would make it stay on. If it goes above 95 it will shut off until it goes under the low. Now that I figured it out it works perfectly.
