Package came in good condition. I have been looking for a neck pillow for and this one offers more. Its perfect for travelling and also sleeping in bed or just chilling in the couch. Its bendable, durable and super comfortable & soft. It support your neck arms etc. As it is flexible but still offer 100% comfort. Love that u can change it to provide support on your body. I will definitely recommend this pillow to friends & family. Its worth the money! My wife absolutely love it & I. 👍👍👍

I got this for my girlfriend to use while she gets dialysis. She says at first it feels very soft and supportive. However, she said after a while it feels less comfortable because she starts to feel the harder inner core. But she said it still provides better support than nothing at all. She found that it works better on her lower back than around her neck. Thankfully, it is adjustable for many different uses and is satisfactory.

I think it is not comfy enough. Inside there is a stiff bendy thing that prevents the pillow from forming to my neck very comfortably. It may be good for travel though, not in bed.

It is very comfortable and sturdy. It formed to the nape of my neck and kept me from getting a neck cramp while sleeping in a recliner. The cover can be removed and washed. It fits my neck perfectly but, a larger person might want to leave it unsnapped. It will still remain in a permanent position.

This is incredibly useful. Travel to Europe and I was able to put 24 hours worth of clothing in the cover by removing the foam insert. Meaning I was easily able to put pajamas a change of clothes and a sweater rolled inside the case. Airlines do not count as a carry-on or personal item as they consider a travel pillow. And it was still very comfortable and usable as a pillow.Keeping the foam insert inside it, it is also obviously very comfortable that way as well.

The foam itself... it is memory foam, but it doesn't remember much. But that's fine. It's still very comfortable foam.You'll probably mostly use it in a U-shape. I do. And that may make the malleable shape seem like a gimmick, but it's not a gimmick. It's very good. The fact that it holds its shape adds a lot for the support of the pillow, much like what you're hoping a large premium memory foam pillow will do. Once it's behind my head, I press my head into "the spot" to make the armature form to hug my head how I want it. What that spot is, will be slightly different for each person. You'll notice that it still makes a U shape, but with some small differences that are important. Your variant on the U will probably be different from mine, depending on where on your head you place it. And even if used just as the classic U, the armature adds some much-needed support that other travel pillows don't have.I have to use it unfastened, or else I can't get it into the spot that I want. I really wish it was longer; part of the support, at least in how I use it, comes from the shoulders, and it needs more length to utilize that to the fullest potential.I'm glad I saw another of the reviews with images. Kudos to them for warning us that it could break easily. Better not twist it, or bend it too sharply. I notice that the outer surface of the foam gets pulled very tight when the core is bent. That's not a good thing. Hopefully, with some extra care, it will last a good long time.Cutting a sausage comes to mind. When you bend a sausage, bends a little, until the tension overcomes the case, and it splits into two pieces. But if you put many shallow cuts into the sausage, then you can bend it quite a lot without it breaking. Perhaps some day, I'll get a second one, and try putting some shallow cuts in the foam to see if that prevents the foam from snapping apart. Maybe they'll even sell one like that, by the time I come back for another.My experience with the kind of foam that's inside of it, is that you shouldn't expose it to heat and you should keep it away from chemicals. And of course, keep it away from moisture and dirt, because the foam is porous and will trap it inside to become a bio hazard.Little ball joint armatures... assuming that's what this uses, will tend to wear out and get loose after a few years. So, that's another reason to be nice to it.If it doesn't break or wear out too fast, then this may be my pillow of choice for the rest of my life. Unless they make a longer one. Then, I'll buy that one every time I need a new one, and I'll be happy about it.I'm happy that I bought this pillow.

It's a good idea to have a chair with a headrest. Until then though, an alternative is to tie up a ObusForme Highback Backrest Support to the back of a chair with a ratcheting strap. Then position a Dot&Dot Twist Memory Foam Travel Pillow behind your neck.

Nice comfortable neck pillow.I wanted something firm and not like other pillows that are soft.This product meets my expectations.Colour is also good.I didn't have a scale so kept a duster for reference 😅
