Elastic bands missing on front glass pane, meaning there's no easy way to keep the front piece of art to the glass. Ironically the instructions included in the frame have a photo showing these two elastic bands.The rest of the product is quite nice actually, just disappointing the elastic bands are missing.Have returned to Amazon.

They work and fit pictures perfectly. However, the magnets could be a bit stronger.

This product specifically compares itself to other brands and says it is superior because it has the elastic straps also on the glass side (which I agree are essential because otherwise your display drawing won’t sit flat up against the glass) but it doesn’t actually have that feature! I order two black frames as a present, and luckily I opened them to insert drawings of our own before wrapping, as I discovered they are missing this advertised feature and are useless. I had to return. The were Q.HOU branded, but did not have the straps as advertised.

I order it as I really liked the elastic band for holding front artwork to display but once I opened it, there Wes no bad at front side at all!!!I can’t accept it. If you want to buy it because of this function, I wouldn’t recommend it at all.

Ordered a set of 4 for my daughter’s bedroom. The frame works as expected, easy to put artwork in, and the hardware to hang installed on the frame is great.That said, I strongly recommend supplying your own drywall anchors and flathead screws - the anchors provided with the frames were of poor quality and bent in half on the first whack of the hammer, while the screws provided for hanging were not all the same size or type.To make it more challenging, the instructions do not specify what size head screw you need so if the random spares in your toolbox are too big you’re out of luck to finish hanging until the hardware store opens on Monday.
