Supplements are poorly absorbed. BCM-95 is supposed to fix this issue. I've used several turmeric/curcumin Supplements and this one ranks low. Does nothing for rheumatoid arthritis.

Love this complex but it is very high quality and absorbs really well!

I have had a few different brands, and this one is the closest to the brand I get from my naturopath. The ingredients and amounts of them are appropriate for inflammation support. I've purchased this several times.
