Seem Narrow
I've purchased these for the past who knows how many years always the same size. Due to this I tossed the box and everything right away but when I put them on today they were painfully tight. I know they will wear in a bit but boy these feel different. My bad on tossing the box. They seem a bit narrower than usual but perhaps my feet have changed. Next time I'll try the wide.

Not good
I normally buy the Timberland Maddsen hiking boots which are really good, comfortable and actually waterproof for months. I bought these because they look nicer, but first week of use we got a rainy day and my feet were soaked also very uncomfortable idk maybe defective but definitely going back to the Maddsen hiking boots

When Form Don't Follow Function
For a water proof hiking boot , the material is okay and the design doesn't seem too over done. However the aesthetic focus detracts from what is essential -- function. For the wearer will soon discover that the tongue is too small, almost atrophied; this boot can be very tight if he wears woolen socks, and he will if it gets cold as the tongue doesn't offer a good covering it being almost curtailed.
