If you just had a vaginal delivery you should buy this. This literally saved me from the pain. I didn’t like the foams and the cold pads I just used this twice a day with some epsom salt and put my pp panties on and it worked like a charm. I used it for the first 2-3 weeks and I never needed any meds for pain. It was so good! I had 2 degree tares and I really felt like this saved me.
