I wish I'd just bought one of these. Sure, it's quite a bit more expensive than the cheap Teflon stuff I used to buy, but it's really really nice. Good weight and so easy to clean.

Sure, it's quite a bit more expensive than the cheap Teflon stuff I used to buy, but it's really really nice. Good weight and so easy to clean.

I bought the Our Place 2.0 pan after reading so many positive reviews online, and I’m honestly surprised at how good it turned out to be. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now, and it has quickly become my most-used pan in the kitchen. The non-stick ceramic coating works really well, even for everyday Indian cooking like sautéing onions, making omelets, shallow-frying paneer, or preparing quick tadkas. It heats up evenly across the surface, so food cooks consistently without burning in one spot. I also like that I don’t need to use too much oil, which makes meals lighter and healthier. The pan feels solid and well-made, with good heat retention and a comfortable grip. Cleaning is incredibly easy too, usually just a quick wipe or rinse and it’s ready to use again.
