I bought this not expecting too much but love it as it has heat mode and it has sorted out all the kinks from sitting at a laptop. Brill.

Well, this is quite a heavy item that needs to be plugged in to the mains to work, so using the arm sling is vital in order to keep it in place on your neck or back, as the weight and restriction of the cable makes it difficult to 'anchor' otherwise! The good thing about the hand slings are that you can really angle it on various points along your back and spine.The massage motion is very firm as they're actually hard plastic round-ended nubs on two rotating pivots beneath a sleeve of aerated nylon (this is the part that goes against the skin - the outer is covered with faux leather). They really do feel like fingers kneading at you and not just random moving parts. There are three speed settings. You can also change direction of the nubs and add some heat. So far, I've used it on my neck and back for two 15 minute sessions (it turns off automatically after 15 mins) and it genuinely helped with some knots that had built up there. The heat function doesn't seem to be working at all for me, unfortunately! The red light comes on but I don't detect any warmth. I'm not sure whether mine is just a dud or whether the heat function isn't up to much.It comes with a standard plug, plus a very short cable which seriously restricts where you use it (you'll need an extension cable). It also comes with a car lighter adapter, so I suppose the idea is that you could use it on long journeys when you're taking a break. In the pics it also shows it being used on the legs and suggests that we can use it on the stomach but I'd have to read up on whether that's a good idea. Anyway, on the whole I'm really glad I decided to try it. It's helping with some neck issues I have from doing desk work.To improve it, the heat function needs to actually heat up, and it could definitely do with a longer cable!

it feels so good to have this neck and back massager. As I am cars mechanic and since I’ve bought this ELECTROSAFE masssager I use this everyday after work. I feel fresh. The heat is good. I’ve would recommend everyone to buy this ElectroSafe massager. And you can use it all over the body too.

Item received in good condition in a branded box. The massager itself appears to be well made and durable. It comes with the power cord but it is incredibly short considering you need to have this plugged in and power for it to operate. I have used others of this style that you charge up and no requirement to be attached to a plug whilst using. Its disappointing the lead is so short so I have to use with an extension lead and not being able to easily use it anywhere or move around with it freely.The massage itself is ok and feels pretty good but again the heat is not too warm and could be doing with being a higher temperature.

This neck and shoulder massager comes with a mains lead and the controls are integrated into the unit itself. You put yours arms through the sleeves in the unit and can adjust how you hold it dependent on where you want to direct the massage. The lead really is too short (I would guess maybe 1 metre) and I had to use an extension lead with it to use it comfortably.The massage itself really does knead quite deeply and it took me by surprise initially how strong it was in practice. You can choose three different speeds for the massage and change direction of the massage as well. It apparently also has a “heat” function, which when activated shows a red glow.The speeds work well but the heat was barely noticeable even when placing your hand directly on the unit. I left this on for quite some time to see if it gradually heated up but it didn’t change. The massage itself though was very good and I really felt the difference after using this. I have to deduct a star re the heat as I would have appreciated the heat function if it worked and the same with a longer lead.However it’s a very good massager and its form makes it compact. I do like it a lot.
