Review: Packs a punch - Too be honest, I wasn't expecting much from this but how wrong I was, it sounds great, packs a punch. For watching tv ,tv picture is great and smooth, no interference, it isn't Dolby surround but sounds good enough . For music, its got a punch. I'm using a galaxy tab a8 with Spotify and poweramp global equaliser ( which is a must ) It has clear top ends, no distortion, a hefty bass (with sub ), mids a crisp but not in your face. It's simple to use. I like the fact that you can alter the volumes for front, back, sub and center separately, I've got 4 mordant short 30w speakers, a powered sub, and 2 Philips tv speakers that I wired together to make a center speaker, I got it to replace a marantz av receiver which has died and I can't afford to replace, so I thought I'd take a chance on this, it's obviously not as good the marantz but for the price, I can not complain, the one thing it beats the marantz in hands down is, it works ! There's only one thing I don't like and thats, not all the controls are on the main unit , some are only on the remote, which is ok unless the remote breaks or you accidentally throw it in the bin (which has happened ) this isn't just Pyle, its like that with most things now. Overall, I'm Very happy with my purchase. If anything changes, I will update the review 👍👍🏻👍🏼👍🏽👍🏾👍🏿😁

A: Volume is independently controllable as Front, Center, Surround or Master - NOT individual channels. You can turn on/off surround - but we just keep it on. We use as our home theater device in a 15'x 20' room with no issues; it is not even maxed out.

**Q: What is the best option to connect this receiver to  s smart tv?**
A: follow instructions. connect HDMI CABLE TO RECEIVER, THEN CONNECT SECOND HDMI FROM THE RECEIVER TO SMART TV

**Q: What type of connector is the fm antenna?**
A: It is a single pin push on connector.

Too be honest, I wasn't expecting much from this but how wrong I was, it sounds great, packs a punch. For watching tv ,tv picture is great and smooth, no interference, it isn't Dolby surround but sounds good enough . For music, its got a punch.
