I am so pleased I discovered this book for my Level 3 Early Years Diploma. This is an absolutely fantastic book with a huge amount of detail on each learning theory. It is presented in a clear and easy to read format with each theorist given their own chapter. I’d highly recommend.

For anyone studying for a Diploma in EYFS or just entering a career in nursery education, this is a must-have. I used this book to help write an assignment around pedagogy and the summaries of the main theories couldn’t have been more perfect for what was needed. Thoroughly enriched my understanding of Early Years pedagogy and is certainly something I’ll be returning to for many years to come.

Great for my studies. Is a book of collected theories which are written in an essay to understand format. The book also has additional reading links for theories too.
