This is one of those things that looks good in concept but is iffy when you actually get it. Got it to get on top of our trailer without pulling out the big ladder. The way its constructed means the thing flexes some when you're climbing on it,It's stable, side to side. (That was my big worry when I got it.) Climbing on it? It SAGS. Have to have it mostly vertical or it felt like it just wouldn't hold. Worked well enough getting on top of the trailer, but I didn't trust it without someone holding it to get back down.It's usable, and extends/collapses without any problems. I cannot say I truly like it, and wouldn't get it again - but it'll do.

Our new Todeco Ladder it Save space, easy to move around, don't have to worry of the head space when one carry a conventional eight foot ladder (standard, shortest) or my eight to 20 ft. telescopic "thousand pound" ladder. love it, our attic do not have enough space to install a retractable so this is the next best thing I can use without picking the three option above. I am 180lb. so I am comfortable and that's me!In the process to fabricating a box with Alum. that fit the ladder in with a lid, going to attach the box to the walkway wall so I wouldn't need to even have to carry the Todeco from the garage to the second floor anymore, oh! not to dent the staircase, the wife said that every time.

Perfect for RVs and travel trailers. It's light, stows small and allows me to get safely up to the roof when camping. I'm probably 190lbs and I feel safe on it. Just be cautious when triggering the release levers to fold it back up. Easy for fingers to get smashed. I opted for the 10' ladder. Initially bought a 12.5' telescoping ladder, but it was larger, heavier and longer than we really needed. Thankfully the 12.5' arrived missing one of the rubber bumpers so I returned it because of that flaw. This 10' has been perfect.

Definitely perfect for us, we are using it primarily to get up on the roof of our RV to clean. Easy to set up, locks efficiently as each wrung goes up, feels completely sturdy enough for 180lbs, and wonderfully compact. The major complaints in previous reviews said you can pinch your fingers when taking it down, but I am always very careful to keep my finger away from the TOP of the steps as I collapse the ladder. No pinching ever.

We are so happy that we purchased this ladder. As previously stated (and not followed by my husband), this ladder can pinch your finger if you don't read the instructions. It collapses so small it's amazing and fits in a narrow storace space in our RV. Yay! Now we can actually reach the top without a gigantic ladder. Thank you for a quality product.

The interlocks on the ladder stages do not always obviously lock in place and frequently I have to fiddle with it to ensure they do lock. At times this can be quite time consuming. I would likely choose a different solution had I known of this issue beforehand.

This thing is junk...Got two steps that don't extend out because for some reason the button is stuck inside and does not extend out. I had purchased one before and they are all not built the same.

while looking at different types of ladder, I chose this one because it's fairly light, tall enough for the inside of my home, and it came with the balancing bar for added safety. I had no problem using this ladder in the water closet to replace my fan, with any other ladder, I would be banging the door opening and walls. I know you have to be aware of pinching your fingers with this type of ladder so all you have to do is step on the bottom step and hold the side of the ladder with one hand and press the release buttons one at a time with your other hand. No problem. Like other ladders, the top could scratch the walls, so a little duck tape solved that problem. The hardest part was to put the rubber grips on the bottom of the balancing bar.
