Monistat 3-Day Yeast Infection Treatment | Pre-Filled Applicators + Itch Cream

I used to use Monistat all the time decades ago. After using it after using antibiotics, I tried it and it burned so badly! I never, ever had that with any of the monistat products from years ago, even the shorter use ones. I suspect it is due to the irritated tissue and the fact that there is some alcohol in the product that may be the cause of the burning!

I have bought monistat on Amazon before without issue but not from prime pantry. The first applicator I attempted was completely empty. There's a note on each package that says "warning applicator may seem empty but they are weighed to ensure proper dose" but this one was literally completely empty. I took it apart after attempted use to be sure but there was definitely no cream in it at all; none to be seen or felt. I am very unhappy as if you cannot use the full dose of medicine your infection is much more likely to come back. The other two were visibly full and worked fine but again I could not get the full dose. I ended up going to my pharmacy to buy a second pack so I could get the full dose; the reason I prefer to order online is to avoid embarrassment at the store--I am a very private person. Additionally, the empty applicator scratched me on the way in and I experienced unnecessary pain and bleeding. I won't be ordering this product again for fear of repeating this situation.

Wife says prefilled tubes are not at all messy. She only uses one half at a time.

Ladies with a vaginal itch. can avoid Dr. trip if they are certain what there problem is.
