I bought these to paint. I used acrylic paint and they painted easily. I love the peel and stick backs for ease of hanging. The adhesive probably is not sticky enough for heavily textured walls, but if you have flat walls, these should work great. I love the assortment of sizes for the stars. This is great for lots of differently sized spaces. You can arrange the words, stars, and moon however you want!

Looks perfect in my son’s nursery. Affordable and lightweight. The color of the wood pops on our dark walls! The wood is good quality. The stick was not strong enough for our plaster walls. We just cut command strip backing to fit the lettering so it would stay up better.
