Great supplement for prostate and bladder control. My father noticed results within a week. We are on our 3rd bottle now.

Works for me

I can’t give information about the effectiveness right away. Supplements and vitamins and some beauty products take a while to take effect, especially since this is only one month’s worth of supplements. If I notice a difference right away, I’ll mention it. I also take supplements so these might work WITH what I’m taking.Easy to take and use. I take pumpkin seeds and saw palmetto but most are ok. So is this one. It does help which is nice.

I take a fair amount of supplements and this one has to have my favorite packaging. The intended benefits and included ingredients are all clearly labeled, making it easy to select the right product for your needs. Taking the supplements is super painless as well, I believe the capsules themselves are slightly smaller than average, and it's recommended to take only 1 per dose so no mouthful of pills. I typically get a slightly annoying aftertaste with most supplements, but not with this brand, a small but welcome improvement!

I got tired of waking up 2-3 times a night to pee. Within a couple of weeks of using Saw Palmetto, I was sleeping through the night, getting up once in a while. It may not work for everyone and my doctor says it is a temporary solution, but it's better than being on meds! I've had blissful sleep thanks to this product. This includes other beneficial ingredients as well. Plus, the capsules are easy to swallow and have no aftertaste. Overall, it's a good supplement!
