Great product and customer support.
We have had this product for six months. So far it has worked great, and my daughter finds it easy to use.We lost the outer cover, called the baffle. After contacting the manufacturer, they agreed to send me a replacement. Their service was easy and convenient.Highly recommend for a creative kid.

Good product for the money but if you can afford more get the other model
It’s better than the Toybox Printer. The printing is slow though, and the skirt is hard to remove. The other model prints better and quieter. This model has a camera which is cool. It doesn’t have a screen and the usb is a weird size. I tried printing without the skirt and it didn’t stick. Also it’s a smaller print size 4 inches I believe, some of the models in the app will have to be scaled down.

Stops working
This is the worst product… used one day the next day it wouldn’t connect to wifi and was throwing some error (red light blinking) could not find anything on google to help, didn’t come with user guide, I tried every type of device iPhone iPad android and my laptop, not worth the trouble. Paid too much money for it not to work correctly.

DOA
Well, I must say that I am genuinely sad that I have to give this rating. Both my son and I were beyond excited for him to have his first 3D printer. Upon opening the box, I thought "this is pretty small", but it was also going to be the perfect size for his room/ desk. Excited to set it up, I almost immediately ran into issues. The app doesn't seem uber robust, but seemed straight forward enough. Using the QR code on top of the unit, we both watched all supplied videos, downloaded the app, and were on our way. I followed the directions, supplying the unit with a wi-fi connection (which is really the first thing the unit actual does outside of you resetting it into set-up mode). The unit almost immediately gets a blinking red error light and is locked. I have reset the unit and tried again and again and again. Due to us really wanting this to work, we are over 3 hours of just trying to get it set up and running into the same road block over and over. My only thought is that there must be a problem with it's internal processor or wi-fi connection.I have reached out to their customer service and am looking forward to hopefully getting a solution. My plan is to update this review once I get a solution one way or another.

Impressive Print Quality
This is a really nice, well built little printer for kids. It’s run completely from the phone app. The app needs a little work though, I found many spelling errors, and some of the app is a little confusing, so some parent assistance will be needed. I would not recommend this printer to anyone above the age of 13 or 14, the app is just geared towards younger kids and anyone older may find it a little too child like. But if you have a preteen in your family that is really interested in cool technology like 3D printing I highly recommend this printer. It is really a very simple machine. It doesn’t have a heated bed so you can really only print PLA with it, and that is ok for printing little fidget toys and such. The built plate is flexible and textured, bed leveling is not atomic but the app does walk you through bed leveling and adjusting the Z offset. If you’re not sure what that is, no worries, you’ll learn what that is if you purchase this printer. The bed is so small manually leveling the build plate really isn’t that much of an issue. With all of the prints I’ve tested with this machine the build plate adhesion was really good. I had no failed prints because of bad bed adhesion. The print quality is really good. I’ve spent many years tinkering with my printers to get print quality as good as to what this printer has right out of the box.Sure there are bigger and more advanced printers on the market at the same price, but this printer is specialized for kids, to help them understand and learn this really cool technology. This could be the one thing that steers a child towards a wonderful career in mechanical science.

Made for kids indeed
Pretty machine with shiny lights, prints OK, but really slow to get anything done in this life time. Simple prints take up to 4 hours to complete. It will test children’s patience and adults too.
