Breathe Right, Clear Nasal Strips, Small/Medium, 10 Pieces

After waking in the night because of a blocked nose due to swollen sinuses, I reached for these out of desperation and to avoid taking nasal spray. Worked a treat. A little fiddly to put on but worth it for what it delivered. The bridge of my nose was a little sore the following day but was ok pretty quickly. This might be better with more practice. I had the smaller size - be careful which size you pick as going too big would be an issue. A little pricey but I don’t use them every day so I don’t mind.

Only thing that has helped reduce my pregnancy snoring! Can breathe better at night, doesnt get rid of it completely but does help massively! Found the beige ones didnt work for me at all they didnt stick but the clear ones are great. Bit pricey but worth it for me as i know i wont be buying them forever

These strips genuinely work they open up my nasal passages and make it so much easier to breathe through my nose, especially at night. It’s such a relief! The only downside is that they occasionally come off before morning which can be a bit frustrating. But overall they’ve made a big difference to my sleep.

Not as good as others I've used. They aren't staying on for the duration of the night and for some reason feel more itchy/irritating than others. Won't use these again unfortunately.

Very sticky and painfuI to remove. I was infuriated to learn, via reading the small print in the instruction leaflet, that the 'paper pouch where the strips are packed may contain natural rubber latex which may cause allergic reactions'. Vital piece of information for someone who has a latex allergy - i.e. ME! If I had read this on the website I would not, obviously, have made a purchase. In my case, then, a complete waste of time and money. (One star as you can't submit a review without selection a star rating which in my case would have been zero.

These are great. I didn’t expect them to work as well as they do in helping me breathe at night. One tip-make sure that area of your nose is grease free as they can’t overcome that! But they come off easily, without taking half your nose with it, unlike some cheaper, weaker ones I’ve tried.

These are remarkably good, better than similar items I've tried, and makes nasal breathing a lot easier. I've used them both overnight and when bike training on a turbo, sweating heavily in a heat suit, followed by 1/2 hr in a steam tent. I was expecting it to come off in those conditions, but had no issues at all. Removing it is easy, and doesn't leave a residue or irritate my skin.

I believe they do work somewhat. I bought these to help with snoring and i track my snoring habits/volume in the nights (with an app) and wearing them did help by decreasing the amount of snoring i did; however they don’t stick very well at all need to use a bit of tape sometimes to secure but even then they can still pop off on the sides, even when my nose is clean and dry like the leaflet instructs. One night i’d ran out of tape so i attempted to apply one as normal and i went through 6 of them to try and get it to stick before i gave up. This said night the skin around my nose got very red and irritated, but unsure if that’s due to the product or the constant applying and re-applying i had to do - who knows? would be a good product in theory if they stuck better.
