I ignored other reviews saying the bolts supplied were rubbish, well that will teach me! No stranger to meaty DIY projects I thought it was user error on someone else's behalf and bought this regardless, thinking it would be easy peasy! 8 perfectly drilled 10mm holes later, the bolts were hammered into position, fitting nice and tight , great stuff I thought. Then I started to tighten them, and tighten them and ...well you get the drift. The metal is so soft the bolt pulled through the shell leaving me with the remnant of 8 anchor bolts in my garage wall to be drilled out and redone following a trip to B&Q. Not a happy shopper!

Ok, so... This has turned out perfectly, but not necessarily for the use it was intended for...Was getting an indoor swing for a little girl for the festive season, and did not like the idea of hooks frankly. Two points of stress for something that will be taking abuse as it gets older did not sound promising. This thing however, is solid as a rock and perfect for the little swing in the doorway.Each end cap is secured to the door frame by four x one inch'ish long screws. The bar is then unscrewed between the caps until it tightly fits into the two door frame caps. And once this thing is in place, it is not moving. I would definitely recommend it for stability in it's intended function. The foam grips are also very soft to the touch.But the genius part for the swing set up is that if you screw the ends far enough in the correct direction, they come out. This allows for the rings of a swing rope to slide on and be completely stuck on once the bars are re-screwed back into place. Absolutely perfect. Always a bit wary using items like this as you are placing a fair amount of trust in the product with the risk of falling and injuring yourself.That being said, I have had no such issue with this.2 brackets are provided which are fixed to the door frame. The bar itself has 2 rotating bars at either end which screw into the brackets fixed on the door frame and tightened in place, almost like a suction effect.The grip pads are conformable and I have genuinely not had any problems using this item at all.Have given the Item 5 stars due to the build quality, easy of installation and the price.

They sell this type of anchor bolt in Screwfix/Toolstation. They are a legitimate type of anchor bolt. The only way they can pull through as you tighten them is if the hole drilled is too big.The instructions are an A4 doc which tells you where to drill the holes and how to assemble. No text just images. Everything was in the pack, the box was slightly damaged but the contents were unharmed totally. The pictures on the site are accurate, it is well made in that it is welded together squarely and the powder coat is good.I put one arm on the wall, attached the pull up bar to both arms. Placed a level on the arms and marked out where to drill for the 2nd arm once it was level. This gives you the distance between the arms correctly plus both arms being level. A second pair of hands would make things much, much easier.On the bolts, I interpreted from the doc that you use a 10mm drill bit. With further research, it would appear a 12mm drill bit is better. I used an SDS hammer drill 800w from Lidl which was about £35 for the job. Due to the way the walls are some holes were tight others were looser. The principle of this type of bolt is that you have an expandable shell in the wall, a threaded bolt comes through that and a nut tightens it all. It only works because the bolt has a chamfered part attached at the other end to the nut, as you tighten the nut it pulls the chamfered part into the shell which expands into the hole. If your hole is too big it will just come through and not anchor in the wall.If you find the nut and bolt rotate in the wall as you tighten it you need to clamp the bolt and rotate the nut perhaps 1/4 turn to get the bolt to bite against the shell.I tightened mine initially to 5nm per bolt. I don't think I really needed to but I further tightened to 7nm approx. This thing ain't going nowhere. The better quality bolts you can buy say 10nm but I felt the bolts aren't great quality and I was perhaps unnecessarily concerned about the quality of the thread. I'm 70kg. Btw one bolt will probably take about 100kg before shearing so any issues with it staying up will be to do with your wall or the welding of the equipment.Lastly, I had some spare Bar Tape hanging around so I taped the pull-up bar as it doesn't come with any gripping.

Extremely sturdy peice of equipment. Replaces a "door frame" pull up bar for me which ended up splitting the door frame. The bolts that come with it are garbage and you really need to buy better ones to fit it. My only real complaint is that it could do with being longer so that the bar is further away from the wall to allow you to exercise on the inside of it and do crunches at the same time. Aside from that recommended

Arrived the next day, easy to assemble, the bolts provided are fine if you drill the correct size, 12mm, and depth, 65mm, hole and are fitted correctly, mine is fitted to a brick wall out side, so when I get bored of exercise I can use it for hanging flower baskets from, lol.Why 4 stars?You get what you pay for! But it is functional and fit for purpose.

Great product and easy to put together although the instructions are really bad unless you have a little bit of diy knowledge. Very happy with the product as I'm 135kg and can finally do pull ups at home without worrying about the bar failing they just need to improve the instructions for mounting on the wall

This is a solid bit of kit and I highly recommend it. Was easy enough to install, looks great and holds my weight with no problems.

Presa in un raptus salutista con l'idea di allenarmi in casa, torno dal lavoro e contento inizio a montarla.Seguo le istruzioni, ma credendomi stanco non riuscivo a capire perché non riuscissi a montarla.Alla fine in un lampo di genio capii che una vite era più corta.Confezione chiusa e rispedita al mittente e sono ancora grasso.

A la base je l'avais commandé pour chéri, il souhaitais se remettre au sport !sauf que plus les mois passe et plus cette barre nous sert de porte manteau !Merci pour cet article qui peut avoir deux utilités !

Prodotto robusto, affidabile. Semplicissimo da montare (bastano due viti) e fissare al muro con i fisher di metallo che garantiscono un ottima tenuta.Avrei preferito un po' più lunghi i bracci che escono dal muro così da essere più comodo nei movimenti. Unica pecca è la mancanza sulla barra centrale di un materiale antiscivolo: ho risolto prendendo il nastro usato per ricoprire le racchette da tennis.Nel complesso un buon prodotto.

Los anclajes que trae son para hormigón. Nuestra pared es de ladrillo, asi que compramos un tubo de taco químico, 8 euros, 8 tacos de 10mm para cemento químico, 3 euros, y 8 varillas roscadas de 6mm, 3 euros. Menos mal que la barra nos costó 23 euros. Es para nuestro hijo de 70kg. Cuidado al ajustar la barra horizontal sobre las otras, el material de éstas últimas es blando, y si aprietas fuerte se deforma

La barra è soddisfacente. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Se dovete montarla su una tavella a mattoni forati, vi consiglio di utilizzare dei normali fisher in plastica da 10mm piuttosto che quelli forniti nella confezione. Mancano le imbottiture sulla barra orizzontale ma a questo prezzo non si può avere tutto. Consigliato.

Tiene una construcción sólida, para ello es necesario poner unos buenos tirafondos para que quede bien sujeto a la pared. Viene con unos tirafondos especiales para pared de hormigón, pero si en tu caso la pared es de ladrillo o de tapia, es necesario comprar unos tacos de plástico y unos tirafondos de rosca. No he probado la máxima resistencia, pero puede de sobra con una persona que pese 100 kg.

La sbarra è minimale, facile da montare dentro una porta. Io l'ho montata sulla parte in muratura di un imbotte, e regge bene i miei 73 kg, non sono state necessarie viti o altro, basta stringerla prima di usarla e si va tranquilli per tutto l'allenamento, che siano trazioni o addominali, tiene bene.Il prezzo è stato quello più basso su Amazon e la spedizione celere, come sempre.La consiglio per il rapporto qualità/prezzo, e per la sua essenzialità.

La hemos puesto en el pasillo y cada vez que pasamos hay que hacer 5 dominadas. A las pocas semanas ya estabamos cambiando de tipo de dominada al vuelo, ya que el diseño lo permite. No hace falta poner todos los tornillos, supongo que con poner 2 a cada lado ya está bien. Nosotros pusimos los 8 tornillos, que son de diametro 10, y el de la tienda nos dijo que con 2 ya puedes aguantar una tonelada.

Es ideal para iniciarse en el mundo de las dominadas, la colocación es bastante sencilla, trae lo necesario para su colocación aunque yo le puse tornillos y tacos más grandes. está puesta a la intemperie y esta durando bastante sin oxidarse.

Ottima sbarra regge bene con 8 tasselli da 12 ci si può appendere anche una pacca di maiale.Pero' sulle istruzioni c'è scritto da 10.Non mi è stato molto facile da montare se si è in due è meglio per cercare di metterla più dritta possibile.Cmq buon prodotto resistente.Soddisfatto!!

Viteria scadente e mal funzionante. Il fatto che fosse tutto incluso mi ha fatto propendere per questo articolo. Mi sono pentito, tempo e denaro buttato. FORTEMENTE SCONSIGLIATO

Prodotto scadente soprattutto le viti istruzioni ridicole e soprattutto non viene detto che è possibile montarlo esclusivamente su muri in cemento.In piu è spedito da venditori marketplace quindi rimborsato solo pagando di tasca proprie e spese di spedizione

Inizialmente sembrava un ottimo prodotto, poi dopo un paio di volte che l'ho utilizzato (il mio peso è di 75 Kg), si è leggermente piegato da una estremità della barra. Quindi un prodotto non resistente e che soprattutto non da molta affidabilità durante le trazioni. Inoltre le trazioni possono essere eseguiti solo con la presa stretta, poiché le due impugnature sono troppo vicine tra di loro.

Il prodotto corrisponde alla descrizione ed è arrivato nei tempi previsti. Tuttavia il pacco mi è sembrato alquanto approssimativo, manca una confezione, i pezzi stavano alla rinfusa, VITI E BULLONI INCOMPLETI e inseriti in un sacchetto annodato; NON C'E' TRACCIA DI ISTRUZIONI DI MONTAGGIO (non che ve ne sia proprio bisogno, ma il tutto dà la sensazione di sciatteria).La qualità dei materiali sembra adeguata al prezzo.
