the product was amazing at first maybe about a hundred yards in but as soon as I accelerated to only 30 miles per hour downhill the chain broke causing me to fall and get badly hurt.... the chain is not really good on this bike better get a new if you're planning to buy this

Pros- It’s got decent power for size!Cons- It came scratched up along frame, gear box,& fork!The front tire axle holes weren’t drilled even / straight. Had difficult time installing front tire.The exhaust pipe welding job was cracked! Up at the mount that bolts to the engine. Every nut and bolt wasn’t torked down. I’m calling company after this review is down to see what they have to say. Maybe my review will change when I call customer support! I will give them a chance to make right!

i bought this bike two months ago. it runs great, and the top speed i clocked in 40 mph full throttle down hill. the chain broke along with the gear ripping out of the wheel. their customer service was great, i told them about my issue and they sent me replacement parts the next day. it took about two weeks to arrive, all in all it is a very nice bike.

Just put bike together but don’t move throttle turns all the way can’t rate what customer service
