Fisher-Price Loving Family Dollhouse

Assembly wasn't too bad. Good directions. No directions for the decals but there are raised areas on the plastic to show where things go and the picture on the box.Too bad it's pricey since you have to be all the furniture separately but I found no alternative except those giant Barbie houses. We will give furniture as gifts room by room on other occasions.The house is quite beautiful when assembled and we are all pleased with it.

We gave this house to our three year old for her birthday. It was a big hit! The doll house was pretty simple to put together. It is tall and has a lot of room. We purchased a few of the loving family room sets and also the car. My daughter has been playing with it every day. She likes to include all her small dolls in the family. The doorbell works and the additional rooms also have parts with lights and sound. It seems well made and like it will last. I like that it does not have many small pieces that could get lost. It is a very cute house. Perfect for young children.

Got this for my daughter for her 3rd birthday. Amazon had the best price I could find for the dollhouse, but the furniture was cheaper directly through the manufacturer (Fisher-Price's website).The house comes with only the mom, dad, and baby and a couch. I ordered a brother and sister and several rooms of furniture to go along with it from the manufacturer. One thing I don't like about this set is that all the "white" people are blond and blue eyes. I ordered the Latino brother and sister to add some color.This house and everything else you can buy to go with it are very good quality, and I'm very happy with the purchase overall. The plastic is thick and not flimsy, and the sounds work well. Takes some time and a screwdriver to put together, but it's nothing difficult.

We gave this one to our niece for Christmas and my daughter has the Fisher-Price Loving Family Dream Dollhouse with Caucasian Family. Both products are nice it just depends on how much space you want it to take up. I like the fact that this one has the flip our floor on the lower level. It allows bigger sets, like the kitchen to be able to be placed and not look overly large like it does in my daughters dollhouse. Overall, this is great quality and I highly recommend for any young girl. Plus it helps when family is asking what to get the kids for their birthday or Christmas. You can always use another room or some more accessories.

I had a dollhouse when I was a kid and knew it was something I wanted my daughter to have as well. We bought this dollhouse last Christmas when my daughter was three years old. She really enjoys using her imagination and playing with dolls and figures. She is a busy body, but the dollhouse seemed to keep her attention for long stretches of time (which gave us a nice break!).The house was fairly simple to assemble. We actually chose not to put on all the decorative stickers. The house is sturdy, although the attachment with the swings always makes me nervous - I always feel like it's going to break - it hasn't yet though.The house doesn't come with much, but in a way, that made it a great Christmas gift. Whenever a family member asked us for a Christmas gift suggestion for my daughter, we suggested new pieces for the dollhouse.Overall, we've been really happy with this dollhouse and the additional figures and furniture that have been purchased to go with it.

Purchased this dollhouse for my 2 year old granddaughter last Christmas. She loves the dollhouse. As soon as she comes over she runs to this dollhouse. This is build sturdy and the furniture is sturdy. You can find age appropriate furniture for age you are buying for. I shopped around and this was the best deal I could find. She will play with this for years to come. Very pleased with my purchase. Will continue to buy furniture for this piece. Would highly recommend this.

I'm not going to lie, putting this together was a challenge, but I'm not mechanically inclined what so ever, But, I DID DO IT!! Such a cute doll house. My Grand daughter has had it for over a year and it's still remarkable. Hours of peaceful quiet make belief fun. I highly recommend this as a gift, it's a home run.

I am very disappointed in this dollhouse. This is the latest model of this Loving Family series and with this model, all of the people are significantly smaller than previous versions. Like the baby that comes in this doll house is half the size of the baby that comes with the "Everything for Baby" set that is still available for purchase. If I would have known this, I would have purchased an older version of this Loving Family set - Home for the Holidays, Grand, etc. - that are no longer on Fisher-Price's website but are still available through amazon. This was NOT communicated anywhere.Other reasons I do not like this new model that were communicated in descriptions: It does not fold up at all. It does not close at all. It has a doggy door and no dog. (Edited to add: Okay, so the floor does fold up but that saves almost no room so I originally overlooked that.)My only like about this was that I found it easy to put together.
