What is your warranty policy? Can I still have free replacement or full refund after 30 days?

Hi, Customer 100% satisfaction is our highest priority. We will send you free replacement or fully refund your order if you have any issue with the product even after 30 days . Please contact us at info@hapikay.com for any request or question. Best regards, Hapikay

Can you just leave them in the pool, or do they eventually deflate and/or get chlorine damage?

Hi, thanks for your question. The ball is made from high quality material and won't be affected by chlorine. You can leave it floating on your pool all day long to charge and light up at night. Hapikay

I enjoy my lights but they are stained and I haven't found anything to clean them with that works. What should I clean them with?

We've tried bleach and still cannot get ours to clean. The stains are in in top of the balls, very ugly during the day.
