Maelstrom

Okey was not in high hopes for the price but was surprised when i got them. Good looking, light weight and fair fit. The insoles are garbage so get some gel insoles before judging them. Can't even buy a $50 SHOE IN WALMART SO THERE NOT BAD FOR DAILY BEATERS. I've not wore them but a few hours but the insoles already gone. Easy to slip on and zip-up laces feel cheap but easy to replace. I'm 70yrs old still work around the yard and in my shop and wanted a nice boot but something my old legs could lift and not tire me out walking around. There light weight feel good after i replaced the insoles with gel ones. Im pleased with the over all fit and feel with them. They don't look like clown shoes so that's nice as well. Your not going to war with them and for $50 you really can't go wrong on them. Im not being paid for this post just being truthful with my comment about them. The soles on them are not really slip resistant but im not slipping and sliding either. Buy a pair and forget going through STARBUCKS a few times there worth the money.

Seems rugged enough, very comfortable to wear. Took waterproofing very well. My only issue is one of the eyelets is mis-manufactured. Traction seems very good and has kept its color after a few months.

Bought a pair for me, lasted about 8 months. Comfortable, light and easy to put on. I didn't order them for me a second time because I wanted to try another brand, vevor disappointed but Rocky has much better quality material, with a bigger price tag. For the money, these are very difficult to beat.

Initial impressions, will update after a few months of hard use. PRO - True to-size for length, about average “medium” width. Build quality appears excellent and YKK side zipper is a huge convenience. Tan color is great, and suede portions are dyed exactly same color as synthetic web portion. For an 8” boot, these are nice and light weight. Very comfortable and supportive right out of the box. CON - At the back of the heel, there’s a loop to help pull the boots on. It’s strong enough, but if you have thick fingers, the loop is very small. Made in China, so no idea how well these will hold up.
