No tiene el silicón para que sea antiderrapante por dentro. Pero son unas rodilleras que la verdad me han servido para poder progresar en pesos aún con mi rodilla con cirugía de lca. Las recomiendo En cuestión de las medidas, no se si están mal sus conversiones, solo sería fijarse en eso, producto con muy buena calidad.

I recommend this product for serious weightlifters and powerlifters improving their squat game without fearing the possibility of a knee injury with heavier load sets. Plus the accessory is aesthetic and would be a great piece. Still it comes to say that this should only be worn during the session and not the entire gym session when performing other exercises as it can be suffocating for the skin due to the material.

J’ai pris ces genouillères pour pratiquer le crossfit. D’une part pour le maintien lors de certains mouvements et pour l’amortit sur d’autres mouvements. Même si elles sont épaisses pour moi, qui n’ai pas besoin d’autant de maintien. Je les recommande vivement aux personnes qui ont une faiblesse à ce niveau. Produit de très bonne facture et taille nickel.
