Good quality and stay in your shoes
Good quality and support, easy to cut to size and they stay in your shoes no problem ( I've had others that curl up when you take shoes off ) I have to wear these all the time and fit great in all types of shoes I have them in ( vans slip ons, converse high tops and a pair of lounge fly boots with slight heel ) haven't tried them in my toms but should be easy enough to trim down abit with toms being on the narrow side.

Surprisingly good
Had trouble with my left heal and bought one not expecting it to be as good as it is.Fits perfectly into my shoe and definitely eases the discomfort I had previously experienced. Takes a little bit of time to get used to it but you soon will forget it’s there.

Really useful for sore flat feet when walking / standing
These are an inexpensive and effective way to help with flat feet / fallen arches / plantar fasciitis problems. They're easy to trim with scissors to exactly fit your shoes, and provide additional support at the heel and inner edge / arch of the foot.I have very flat feet which had become increasingly painful as I neared 50 this year. It was affecting how far I coudl walk and definitely how long I could stand up for.The insoles have definitely helped - I have also adopted several calf muscles stretches, and changed the way I walk to ensure that my heel is the first part of the foot to hit the ground. It's worth bearing in mind that the insoles feel pretty strange at first - they don't add 'comfort' as such. Knees, hips and back can feel quite odd because your whole posture and style of walking may well change with the different (better!) foot positioning. To get maximum effect, you seem to need them in every set of shoes - which can get pricey. For best effect, you need to use them even in slippers around the house - it helps *not* to walk barefoot. I found some half-length ones to go in my fleecy slippers...I have tried several different types, and there seems to be little benefit in getting the posher, more expensive gel ones.I also understand that they will need to be changed fairly frequently, depending on how much walking you do. Once they become crushed and flattened then they're not doing their job so effectively. They take about 5 mins to fit: remove your old inner sole from the shoe and use is as a guide to cut the orthotic support to the right size / shape. If your shoes are *very* snug then you may struggle to add insoles to them. In future, I'll make sure I buy shoes which are slightly larger by a half UK size so that there's ample room for the insole without squashing my foot at all. They have hugely improved my walking and standing comfort, and I'm now back to doing a couple or three miles without any bother.8/10

Fantastic relief
I ordered these to help ease the plantar facilitis that I suffer from. I honestly cannot believe the difference these have made. Before using them I would set off walking the dog and by the time I got back I was hobbling and in a lot of pain. Things are so much better now. The burning I hadt has vanished and it's so much more comfortable to walk. I easily cut them to size using the marked guide on the toe and they were a perfect fit. The arch of the insole is high and it takes a little while to get used to them but persevere because it's so worth it. They are quite stiff so easy to swap between footwear although you could order more pairs. I'm so pleased I ordered these and if they fall apart I will order again.Thought I'd just add an update : I have worn these with every pair of shoes since I bought them and I now have no pain from my plantar fasciitis. It's taken about a month but I'm so impressed and really happy I tried these.Three months later. I have now ordered a second pair of these as they are so good. It will avoid me having to keep swapping the original ones between the shoes I wear the most. They continue to make a massive difference and I only get the odd twinge from my planter facilitis. Happy days.

Mediocre insoles
These insoles were comportable and provided good support but wore out within a few weeks before having any impact on my plantar fasciitis.

They Work!!! Amazing!!!
I've suffered with plantar fasciitis for about 3 years now, sometimes worse than others, but for much of this time I was in considerable pain whenever I tried to walk. (And I have to walk quite a bit). I've tried the golf/tennis ball thing, anti-inflammatory drugs (which work well but not ideal, long-term) stretching, support socks, new (more comfy) shoes, never going barefoot in the house; anything and everything I could find to try to alleviate the pain. Nothing was giving me any relief and some things (certain stretching exercises) were actually making it more painful! Somebody recommended I try insoles. She couldn't remember which ones she'd tried but claimed they'd cured her! Wow! I was ready to try anything! I searched Amazon and came up with these...Good reviews, many sales, and a very reasonable price - worth a shot, surely?!When these arrived (it was a while ago now, but I don't remember them arriving late) I was sceptical that they'd work, but so fed up of hobbling around I was ready to give anything a go. They just appeared to be a couple of funny shaped pieces of hard(ish) lightweight foam. I think I had to trim them to shape at the toes (which was expected and no great problem) and slipped them into my shoes. Not gonna lie, these felt very odd....and very, very odd to walk on. Having read the reviews of others, I knew they were going to feel peculiar, but I was still surprised just how odd and uncomfortable they felt. However; I persevered, and after about 7 days, they started to get more comfortable...and, slowly, the pain of the plantar fasciitis started to fade!!!Now, I'd not thought to leave a review of these; the pain faded quite gradually until one morning I suddenly realised I was walking down stairs normally - something I've not been able to do for years now! I bought them last December (almost a year ago) and I was enjoying being pain-free but not really attributing the relief specifically to the insoles. And then, about a month ago, I badly damaged my little toe...the swelling was such that I had to wear a different pair of shoes - without my insoles, as I needed the extra toe box room. The swelling lasted about 2 weeks and within a week of wearing shoes without insoles, my plantar fasciitis pain started to return. Back to my normal shoes (with insoles) as soon as possible and the pain has again disappeared!I'm not sure if the insole shape has changed or my foot has changed; they feel so normal to me now. They look like normal insoles in the shoes and I really can't tell if they've "dropped" and maybe I need to replace them, but they're obviously still working, so I'll carry on using them! They've had almost a year of solid wear and seem to be working well still. For the price (under £10) they're fantastic value and for being pain-free I'd be willing to pay a great deal more! When they do need replacing, I'll definitely get another pair. So, ok; they look and feel really weird. They'll be uncomfortable. You'll probably think to yourself "These will never work - They're so small, and uncomfortable."You won't like them to start with.In fact, you'll probably hate them....for a short amount of time...until you love them. And then you won't be without them!!!
