I’m so glad it’s low sugar. I replaced the oil and egg with DF Greek yogurt and bro, it is CHEFS KISS

Delicious!
This waffle mix is really really good with a few minor details that may affect your purchasing decisions. The serving size and directions need refinement. The recipe to make these on the bag makes about 5 little waffles. Pretty good for 1 or 2 people and the bag makes about 5 of these recipes. The waffles themselves are very tasty and need no topping or syrup IMO. They are naturally sweet and delicious. When I made the recipe to the directions it mixed up well but I never got it to the consistency where I could make it into a ball. That didn't matter as I just added sugar onto it after I put in on the waffle maker. If you wanted to make full sized waffles I think this recipe would only make 2 at the most. 5 Stars = Excellent brand and product, great deal!4 Stars = Really good product with a minor fault or two.3 Stars = Average just like the number. Good not great.2 Stars = May be OK, but there are glowing issues with it.1 Star = Avoid at all costs!

Yummy
Easy to make and yummy to eat. Very surprised that I could taste the ube flavor from a package like this. I have a Mickey Mouse waffle maker and with one cup of powder, I made about 4-5 pieces around the size of the palm of my hand. It is pricey but I do plan to purchase again!

Delicious!!!
I love these waffles - so delicious and the texture is divine! I don’t add any sugar, and I use part yogurt for the batter. YUM!

Tasty and dairy free!
I've been on the lookout for unique dessert mixes that are dairy-free (but delicious) and Mochiholic has been perfect! This ube mochi waffle mix is delicious. I mix it with eggs and almond milk, and it comes out perfectly every time in my waffle maker. The texture and flavor are amazing, and it pairs perfectly with some fresh fruit and sweetened condensed coconut milk.

Pretty good
These ube mochi waffles came out pretty yummy on my first try. They're moderately sweet, with a good ube flavor (so many ube products don't really taste like anything at all!), and nice mochi chewiness. They're easy to make; you just add milk, egg and vegetable oil to the mix. A couple notes about making these: the batter comes together very thick, so don't use a whisk as the batter will just get stuck in it. I used a fork, but a spatula or similar would work as well. And the instructions say to form small balls and place in the waffle iron. I tried this at first and found that my waffle iron just didn't flatten them very much. Depends on your waffle iron design, I think mine was designed to accommodate the expansion that occurs as waffle batter cooks and rises a little. At any rate, just keep in mind that the dough is so thick that even with heat it won't naturally spread the way normal waffle batter does.
