Nice Wallet, I Would Recommend
The leather wallet is nice. It is very functional and has many open pockets for cards, money and etc. The leather appears to be of good quality and is sewn very well. Overall if looks very good. It does have what appears to be RFID blocking protection in each outer side you can feel it's sewn in. It came in a nice pretty box, wrapped in tissue paper, with a thank you card which makes it quite suitable for gift giving. I did have to take away one star because the one I received did have a gash across one side of the wallet (see photo). I am keeping it for my personal use, and the wallet is functional, so it's not a deal breaker for me. I'm sure a certain number of these kinds of things manufactured might end up getting random damage from time to time. However, if I were planning on using it as a gift, I would have to return or have a replacement sent. It's not perfect, but for me personally, it doesn't bother mean since I figure it's going to get wear and tear from use anyways. Otherwise, I would give this one a full five star rating, but for the mark. I would still recommend this product, it's a nice wallet and/or would make a very nice gift.

Love it
It’s exactly what I was diligently looking for to replace an old one. The old wore out, and I wanted the same design. This one is much stronger and a different brand. Best design ever!!!!

Decent, though leather's a little thin
I ordered this because my small wallet is still too big for my preferences; now that I'm able to be a little more active, being able to throw this and my phone and earbuds in my pocket and go for a walk or bike ride is just what I need. I've had two previous leather business card cases like this, and they were my preferred wallet all through the 90s and 2000s; I just couldn't find a new one when my last one wore out, and my health at that point was requiring me to carry a purse anyway so a larger wallet wasn't as much of an annoyance as it is now. This one feels almost like an old friend right out of the box, though the leather's a little thin; it's packaged well enough to give as an inexpensive gift, but the packaging takes away from the appearance of the wallet a little bit. The wallet will probably last 3-4 years with my use, which isn't bad, just not as long as with a thicker leather. I love that this has the ID pocket in the cover flap and a pocket on the back (I used to use that back pocket for my RFID bus pass), and room inside for all of my essential cards and perhaps a couple of folded bills for emergency cash. It makes a great front pocket wallet when running around a city, but it's also fantastic for fitting into the small pockets they like to put in womens' clothes if I don't want to carry a purse.

Comparison between two brands. Foxhackle wins for me
I carry cash in my front pocket, so all I wanted was a small, thin wallet to carry various cards and emergency bills. I got two different brands that were identical in size, but this Foxhackle (FH) was the clear winner for me and is now the one that I use every day. While there are only four openings for cards, compared with eight on the Modern Stitch (MS) brand that I compared it to, those openings are more useful for me. Here's my findings:- The ID window slot on the FH is much larger to show the main ID card that I display, while the MS window is smaller and cuts off important parts of that ID. I put emergency cash behind that ID card.- The larger, expandable opening on the FH (opposite side from the window slot) could hold many more cards than the 3 plastic and 4 paper cards I put there. If I wanted to put another 10 business cards there for a trip, they would fit.- There is a thinner slot in front of that expandable opening in which I put my license. There is also an external slot that I use for my car key card.- This FH is real leather. It smells like leather, wrinkles like leather, and is well stitched. The MS brand may be some version of leather, but doesn't smell or wrinkle like it, although it is well stitched.- I'm not a fan of the "pull strap" mechanism to extract a card on the MS brand. It feels like that tab may get caught in tighter jeans and pull out a card as I draw out my wallet. It seems like a gimmick to me.- Hope my photos show the main points and helps you decide.

Front-pocket wallet with lots of room for cards, cash+receipts
This is a nice option for front-pocket carry. Many front-pocket options are either minimalist with room for only a few cards or hard aluminum or plastic squares. This offers something a bit more supple, but plenty of room. The leather is a little thicker than I had imagined, causing the empty wallet to be around 0.7" thick. Much of this is because the folded pocket on one side retains some volume. If I smash it down in my digital caliper it gets down to about 0.52". Lightly loaded, this is about the size I'd expect it to get in a jeans pocket. You'll have to fold your cash, but the voluminous pocket should make it easy to access. The leather is fine, though being full grain it has a fairly raw finish. It'll probably patina nicely, though it's not as thin or supple as a burnished top grain. Thinner-skinned wallets can have a smaller profile and less bulge in your pockets. Still, it seems like it should be durable, and I like that it doesn't have a plastic ID window. In my experience, those yellow, crack, or cloud over time.

Holds so many cards and is the perfect size.
I’m a woman so I don’t carry this in a pocket like a guy would, but I keep it in my purse and I love it. It keeps all my cards neat and tidy in one place, where they’re easy to find and access. I like that it has an extra slot on the outside, one on the inner flap and then the see through window for my drivers license. The leather seems sturdy and I love the green colour. The dye seems to have a bit of a smell to it, but it’s not a bad smell, it’s mix of the smell of the leather and that of what a permanent marker smells like, but the smell is fading quickly.Seeing as this is leather I expect it to hold up well and get lots of use from it.
